Consistently frustrating experience. The touchscreen regularly goes down, but instead of helping customers place an order another way, they turn you away at the window. Technology issues happen, but the lack of flexibility or customer service is the real problem. Hard to keep coming back when you’re ready to order and get sent packing.

I walked into Subway expecting a fresh, delicious sandwich, just as the advertisements had promised. What I got, however, was anything but.

First, let’s talk about the bread—if you can even call it that. Instead of the soft, fluffy texture depicted in commercials, I was handed something closer to a stale, crusty, hard bread. Each bite felt like a scrapping of the roof of my mouth, making me question whether I had unknowingly ordered a sub or a cracker like sandwich.

Then there was the filling—if “filling” is even the right word. The sandwich I received barely resembled the well-stuffed, ingredient-packed subs you see in advertisements. Whata scam!!!! Barely any it resembles meat!!! sad-looking excuse of beef, and a few wilted veggies sat limply between the hard bread. It was almost comical how little effort seemed to go into making it resemble the marketed product.

And the taste? Let’s just say that I would have been better off eating anywhere else. The bread was stale, the meat was bland, and the overall experience was nothing short of disappointing.

The kid working there was alright as he seemed overwhelmed, yet disinterested, as he was rushing through orders without care. Maybe they knew what I was about to endure and just wanted to get it over with. I sure wish I wouldn’t of ordered online so I could’ve critique it as it was going through. That’s a huge mistake always. But I was trusting that they would deliver a little bit better of a sandwich.

Subway’s slogan used to be “Eat Fresh,” but after this experience, they might want to reconsider. “Eat Regret” feels more appropriate.

Would I go back? No damn chance of it. I’m done with this subway franchise. There’s so many better sandwich shops. I guess I had to learn the hard way. So, If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, you’re better off going elsewhere, maybe try a grocery store, hotel restaurant, even or there’s a Denny’s not too far away that couldn’t have been even this bad.

I really should’ve looked at the reviews and pictures posted on here. I was too hungry and in a rush. Really regret it!!! People Write reviews for a reason. I’m gonna have to get back to check reviews and make sure I don’t make this mistake over and over again.

Jacob and gabe both hands down made this the only subway in town ill go to they were awsome laughed with us took really good care of my husband and I even took the time to ask my husband if he had enough bacon on his sandwich which any loving wife knows this is absolutely important they are rocking this store and both should definitely be moved up the management chain!!!!!

When you go to a Subway you expect the same menu and ingredients as every other Subway. Not here. And talk about being stingy with inexpensive items like spinach or bell peppers. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

My recent visit to Subway was disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

I ordered a salad that barely had any lettuce, so I politely asked for a bit more. Instead of a simple resolution, I was met with rude behavior and was given a very minimal amount of extra lettuce—hardly enough to make a difference. When I mentioned that I hoped the employee’s day improved, due to the lack of effort and poor attitude she displayed, I was told I was being “mean,” despite calmly asking if a fresh batch of lettuce was available and simply ordering my meal.

As someone who manages a team myself, I would want to know if one of my employees was treating paying customers with such dismissiveness and lack of professionalism. Hopefully, this feedback encourages improvement for future customer interactions.

It’s always clean, always fast, and always stocked. Mackenzie does a great job welcoming people through the door and keeping everything tidy. Definitely will come back.

Went to get an Italian BMT today and got one thin slice of pepperoni and salami and multiple pieces of ham. This was not enjoyable and became a ham sandwich. Always seems to be something wrong with my order through the drive through like this.

Lettuce in serving bin was brown so I asked if there was fresher lettuce. The sandwich artist said “It froze on the truck.” She seemed annoyed that we couldn’t accept brown lettuce. To express her annoyance, she proceeded to make a sloppy sandwich and then drowned it with Subway vinaigrette. Being right off the freeway, I guess they don’t have to worry about repeat business.

The sandwich had tiny thin slices of meat. They obviously are trying to save money. You have to order a double meat for it to even be a protein sandwich. It was still good and the girl that helped me was fast efficient and friendly.
