Great Sandwich but if you work at Subway and don’t know what a Boston Mass. Transit is it messes the whole experience. Horrible customer service and customer volume control. Great location very clean.

It was clean and the service was fantastic. We had the employee of the month making our food on this day.
Its just kinda a sandwich , not really a nice sandwich. Expect to get bored easily with the flavor combos.
Update : staff is above and beyond the best for a chain / fast food type/budget great job!

So just got back from this subway for the 2nd time in 1/2 hour. Tried to order on-line, thought it would be faster and easier. Got home and my sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. Bread was toasted as requested. Boggles my mind. Had to go back and get another sandwich. Comped me 3 cookies and offered a small drink, but I took a large one. Have had nothing but issues at this particular store. Have to say I am done. Get better service at the one on North.

We came in when no one else was there and waited a little bit. A bunch of people came in later and waited a lot longer. It seemed as though one staff member was working the line and the rest were focusing on online orders. Not a huge deal but I could tell people were a little frustrated they were waiting so long.

Every time I order for a pick up I have an issue. The first time they swapped the breads for the sandwiches we ordered. This time my sandwich looked like this picture. Completely just shoved in the bag. I didn’t think that they came in bags. Last time it was wrapped with foil and Subway paper. I have worked at Subways several times and this would not have met my standards at all being a night shift supervisor. Pick up orders should be made just like the person is there ordering it.

Subways offers fast, friendly service. hot and cold sub’s at a decent price with bread and veggies cut fresh every day. My favorite sand which is the chicken bacon and ranch sub warmed up and of course extra everything and don’t forget to try the cookies and chips. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I had dinner at this Subway. I spilled my drink the second I sat down. When I asked for a towel to clean it up a young man spoke up and said “no sir! I will get that cleaned up immediately!” I soon found out his name is Kevin. He did as promised and promptly mopped the floor and cleaned the table. All with a smile. Thank you Kevin for the making that mishap a phenomenal experience!
