Staff is friendly, the store was quiet and clean when I went…. my complaint is they lack al ot of the main advertisements (hot honey was the latest) also the stuff in management seem to struggle with the concept of the people in front of you are the people who need to be helped first before an online order. There’s been several times where I’ve watched these people fulfill online order as well in people mine is outrageously long or I’ve watched some of these employees be downright rude forcing online orders in front of customers. If they can figure out how to organize and structure a little bit better than I would say the team in Olathe is pretty all right.

This is supposed to be a wrap. Couldn’t even pick it up. Sad part is she was training a lady on how to properly roll a wrap. The lady that was being trained looked horrified at what I got and knew it was wrong. I’m not even really mad. Look at it! Kind of funny.

Absolutely horrible night manager. Refused to come out from the back and help the new guy while mobile orders was going off and in person orders as well. He would rather talk to someone off the clock the help the new guy. Was over charged. They wanted to refund the whole order and me pay again but it takes 24/48hrs to refund. I only had $60 when I went in there to begin with. Then they almost wouldn’t do a cash refund. Then was told if I come in with an attitude again they don’t want my service. Save yourself the hassle. Drive to delta or Montrose. Much friendlier staff

The lady with purplish hair and spiked collar was thee most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. Completely ignored me for a solid 2 minutes.. Then got a very curt what do you want. She was the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.
If I want Subway again and she’s working I’ll just go somewhere else. I work hard for my money and deserve to be treated with respect.
