Absolutely horrible service. We try to come here for lunch during school, since it’s near the high school, and it’s often packed. The employees make absolutely no effort to speed up the process, leaving us waiting in line for 30 minutes at a time. They are in no rush. They also mess up almost every order, forgetting cheese or adding unnecessary items. When we ask them to fix the sandwiches they make us wait for a ridiculous amount of time and reheat them with cheese, making everything soggy. They won’t give us a refund or new sandwiches. Sandwiches are also exploding and messy. Super disappointing every time.

Stopped for lunch as we passed through town. Service was slower than necessary, most likely due to the fact only one employee was working. She was kind and helpful. She spent quite a while trying to ring up our order, which, while it was frustrating because we were in a hurry, I appreciate her wanting to get it right.

After numerous disappointing trips to various fast food places in 3 different states…this place was a breath of fresh air! I have been frustrated by the lack of competence and efficiency at other places, especially when I have been in a hurry and actually needed “fast food”. It has become commonplace for me to have to wait at least 20 minutes for an order, no matter where I go – and I don’t usually have 20 minutes to spare.

I had an online order and it was cancelled 5 minutes after ordering but the money was still taken out of my bank account and it’s been 2 days and it hasn’t come back. I’ve tried calling and asking and the store is giving me the run around telling me to call another number that never picks up. Astonishing is the best word I can think of to describe my experience. The assistant manager Nicole was just absolutely nice, Very friendly, and honestly amazing to talk to and crack a joke too. The employee Darren was very friendly and helpful, telling me the difference between each melt. Darren also made sure I got everything I wanted. Would recommend and return to have another delicious Melt!
