Just went inside this establishment. We stood there for a few minutes without acknowledgement from any of the 3 staff seen. After a few more minutes of them talking to each other while we are waiting for their service. A girl that was at the register looked over and continued talking to her coworkers. More minutes go by and we finally just walked out. Ridiculous. I come this way often and occasionally stop here to eat. Not so sure I will anymore. The vibe was weird in there…

We ordered online ahead of time. When we walked in about 10 minutes after it was to be ready there was a long line and no accommodation for pick up orders. Finally we got the cashier’s attention that we had a pick up order and she indicated it wasn’t quite ready. My wife had ordered a salad and the meat wasn’t cut up. My sandwich was ok but not great. We won’t return to this location.

Pretty decent sandwich! Got my normal, and the staff were friendly and kind! The bread was a bit small for a 6” but understandable, these things happen. A good impression for my first time in Gunnison!

I had a phenomenal man make my sandwich. Some of the employees are very dedicated and that’s awesome.

There was a mess up with my order, I didn’t specify correctly and they didn’t ask, When I said my sandwich was wrong they jumped on making the correct 1 right away with no questions asked at all.. Great customer service.

Horrible experience!!!! With a line 30 minutes long, the employee busted in line to make her lunch. 4 employees behind the counter and I had to ask a lady to help finish my sandwich. Customer service is clearly not a priority here…

I came back here to edit my review of this Subway, because I have seen a complete turnaround. The workers here are very polite and professional and fun. They are also really good about making my sandwich the way I want it. The entire place had a lot of customers but the workers were working hard and everyone had a smile on their face. The sandwich they made me was really yummy and I think much of this was because they actually listened to me. The food tasted very fresh and they were well stocked but what impressed me most was the way that the employees worked as a team. The employees were playful, friendly, professional, clean, hard working. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a Subway or really any restraunt lately. This group of workers really stepped up their game on this visit! Thank you!

Service was horribly slow! 40 minutes in line. With a line of customers they kept stopping to fill mobile orders! When we finally got to the spot where we ordered our sandwich, they put meat and cheese on the bread and stopped to fill 3 mobile orders. Then they finished our sandwiches! So rude!
They need to turn off mobile orders and focus on the customers in the store.
