The only subway I’ve been to where I’ve been served cold to the touch sandwiches, yes both of my sandwiches were cold after asking for them to be toasted. Had to ask the lady for another egg when she tried to make my foot long w 3 eggs & got attitude for it. She didn’t even separate the ham just picked them up and put chunks of ham on two spots of my sandwich, She stopped the toaster halfway through while putting both sandwiches in there at the same time. Didn’t even know which tea was sweet and unsweet. Really wish the taller lady made our sandwiches, she was very friendly & seemed very kind. Sucks that they are franchised and half the owners don’t care about customer experience. 08/7/22

Very clean and great on customer service. I am pretty sure the sandwich artist was the only person there. And she rocked it! Greeted everyone who entered and even had a long line. Great service!

Being a Vegetarian can be hard when trying to keep the animal grease off your food during its preparation. People working in fast food often have it tough pleasing someone like myself during busy times with my kazilion special requests, but if you can hit places when the crouds aren’t so hectic, this place can cater pretty well to your food choices

I ordered online tried to use the “Promo code FLBOGO” said it expired couldn’t use it. Fine ordered my sandwiches toasted, didn’t come toasted, ordered vinegar and oil and salt and pepper didn’t get that. Just a sandwich no flavoring. My husband’s sandwich was supposed to be toasted also it didn’t. Very disappointed

Updated review 5/3/23: my mobile order was supposed to be done by 740p, by 8p (didn’t get it until 830p) they hadn’t started working on it. They keep taking everyone in line even tho I’m here and not making my sandwiches. I get that they are understaffed (only one person), but move the times out longer or turn off mobile orders. Other places make the order in between other orders, or at least when you come in if they haven’t had a chance. I’m not upset with the employee, she was doing her absolute best!
