Just ordered a foot long from this place through grubhub they only sent me a 6 inch do you know the difference between 6 inches and a foot long obviously you don’t!!! Now I have to reorder for the other half and grubhubs going to have to refund me for that other half ridiculous service!!!

my boyfriend went in, ordered one philly, and two bmts. i used to work at subway, i know the bread is under baked, the bell peppers are cut wrong and it’s very messy for no reason. if i worked here, id do a better job with more respect for my customers. do better to teach your employees how things should be done, correctly.

When we got to the counter to start making our sandwiches the lady I am going to post with this waving at me was rude and had no reason to be… seems like she’s taking things out on her customers… She completely ignored me when I was just making conversation… There was no lightning in the mood. She very sloppily made my sandwich and commented that I need to start making my sandwiches at home. She was aggravated when I asked her to cut a footlong in half and wrap it in two pieces of paper for me. She was very rude when I went back to take the picture because I just didn’t understand why she was being so ugly to me, she waved and said have a good day ma’am as rude as she could in front of all the customers that were there. If this is what covid has caused us to hire into all of these businesses then that is the reason that most businesses are going to have to shut down because I will never stop at this Subway again.

The kids working were nice but the food was terrible. The spinach was rotten, iceberg was almost all brown. I settled on pickles and tomatoes which ended up being completely frozen. Having a quick and easy dinner ended up being a dinner I have to still wait to thaw.

I came to this subway today, and I ordered an oven roasted chicken breast, and I told the girl if she can please warm up the chicken, and she got mad. And then she pretended to do it, and I told her I also wanted it toasted, so I got home and I didn’t get nothing if what I asked for. The chicken was cold, so I had to heat it up at my house. Pathetic.

I had ordered from the subway website since the app is broken, first red flag i guess. I received my order on time that was great! I thought everything seemed right with the ammount of sandwiches I ordered. When I came home my sandwiches were correct when I opened them, but didn’t have that much in them even though I put double of some items. Also I didn’t see some of the items i told them to put in some of the sandwiches. I told them to also label them, they did but labeled them wrong which I had to open each one to find out what one is what. I’ll higher my review rate to see if it would be better in person.

I went through this location for our catering for Black Friday. Trevor, the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to feed the team! He was so kind and gracious. Went in toniaround 7:30the open sign was off, but I notice there were 2 male employees inside, so I got down and as I approached the door I noticed they said something to one another and looked annoyed that I still went inside. When I told them I thought they were closed because the open sign was off, th RT didn’t respond. The heavy set white fit that took my order couldn’t talk loud and clear he kept mumbling and I kept having to repeat myself. Then the young curly head Hispanic looking kid that finished making my sandwich seemed rushed. They were almost out of all toppings to boot. As I was there more people arrived soon after, and the gentleman behind me also addressed the fact that the open sign was off, and the curly head kid told him yeah it’s broken. Not sure if that was true because it seemed more to me like they just didn’t want to have to do their job. This generation also kept having to repeat his order since the chubby Caucasian employee kept mumbling and was hard to understand and hard of hearing as well. Or at least that what it seemed like. What happened to good customer service anymore!

My friend Michael and I went to subway today. We both got Meatball sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread toasted. Both foot longs did not stand a chance. They where both destroyed as the marina sauce hit the paper. We where very full afterwards and the staff as amazing. Clean, fast, and hot food location. Thank you for your service!

I did an online order 3 different sandwiches and 1 was completely wrong, and the other 2 were missing things. No big deal. I went back up to the store to get them to fix it and they did. But 2 of the guys working, had longer hair and weren’t wearing a hairnet or hat to keep their hair out of the food. So from now on, I will be weary of online ordering from there unless I can see who is making my food.
