Made an on line order for lunch to pick up at the store. Comfirmation email was sent. I went to the stor to pick up my lunch only to find out that the store had a very poorly written note on the front door stating store is closed OUT OF BREAD will re open at 3:00pm. Went back to may car checked my email and found on that stated i had canceled my order if this is not correct please contact the store. The store was closed and doors locked. Oh by the way the last time I went to this store just to walk in and order a sandwitch I was greeted with we are doing on line orders only. I went to my car placed an on line order walked back in and was greeted again we already told you we are doing on line orders only. I informed them I have an online order and I will wait for may sandwitch. During this wait I watched sever other walk in customer leave. My conclusion is that this is what you get when you hire children without adult supervision. DO NOT at this Subway! There are other with better customer service.

Big puddle on the floor under the high chairs….hope its soda. Really dirty inside. Placed an online order and it didnt get made until I got there. Totally understand it was busy but behind the counter, things were all over the place. Really sorry about how long it took but all the dirt everywhere was kind of a turn off.

I have ordered from this specific subway 3 times. 2 times in person and I tried the online order this time. I always take my food to go and it has been wrong every time. This time is almost seems like a joke. 2 pretty basic sandwiches with minimal changes, and when we get home, they are both mutilated and have the completely wrong meats on them, sauces swapped, breads swapped. Go to the subway in Walmart and you’ll be less disappointed.

Nothing wrong with atmosphere or sevice, but definitely concern with the food quality. Came in at 11am, no customer yet. Vegetables are frozen and half are near empty. All appeared as they left out from the night before and haven’t cleaned up or refilled. Chopped letture, tomatoes are mush. Sauce bottles are empty… Definitely not fresh ingredients. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Im only leaving a review because every time I go in here there’s only one girl working… ALONE. She’s swamped, no managers no coworkers with her. I had to wait almost an hour for two sandwiches because she has no help. Sad to see that no on is ever there to help her. Give this girl a raise or give her the management position.

Place needs a good cleaning, and someone should tell the kids working not to take their headphones out and then put them where food is being prepared. That was gross.

They were closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to be. They still had their lights on and their open sign was also on. Says they close at 10. They closed at 9:30. Hope you enjoy teenagers deciding what time seems like a good time to close, cause that’s what you’re gonna get! If I could give 0 stars I would, because closing early is LAZY.
