Ordered from DoorDash last night, and they completely messed my order up. I ordered a BLT, and when I received my food, the Bacon was not warmed up, the sandwich was not even toasted to warm the Bacon up, and the bread was honestly terrible. Not the best experience. I used to work at Subway and manage for years, and it is really not that hard to have common sense. Who is gonna want to eat ice cold Bacon? I think the Owners really need to look into this location to see why it’s receiving such mixed, inconsistent reviews. People are not gonna pay money for stuff that’s not made right or doesn’t taste good, especially in this area. There are so many other food places to choose from that actually know what they’re doing. At this point, I’ve had a few negative experiences and sandwich Orders that I’ve let go in the past, so I’d rather spend my money at a different place to actually get something made right, and is edible.

we went in at 9:43 (they close at 10) and normally would never go to a restaurant so close to close, but we had just spent all night in the ER and i’m pregnant and just wanted to grab subway on the way home. the guy passive aggressively turned us away, claiming that their POS system was closed and they couldn’t do anything for us.

Wow just left this terrible location with terrible employees with terrible attitudes making terrible subs . Geez do your self a favor and drive 5 mins to another subway . These people are the worst . If you hate working at subway and having a job then quit . Don’t make customers days bad just because you dont like your job! They even made rude, crazy, comments infront of me about the customer before me and her body size. From 1 business owner to another, these 2 guys working this shift need to be let go … and as older men, they should be absolutely assamed of them selves for the things they said infront of customers! They are going to ruin your buisness! There are lots of sandwich shops popping up all over .

Food is always good here for the price but this visit I had tomatoes that were soggy but nothing too bad.
The employee serving us looked like he was pretty new so it took a long time for our sandwiches and he made them wrong twice. I’m blaming more the management for that because he shouldn’t have been the only one in the store at dinner time he was overwhelmed by orders.
Lastly it’s a beautiful store it’s remodeled and was clean

My family orders from this location around dinner time and our service is always great. Workers even recognize us and say hello.
My wife placed an order through grub hub which was received at 12:21 PM with pickup window at 12:36 – 12:46. Arrived early in that window and with 2 other parties (with 3 or less people each) and was told “it’ll be a minute”
Received my order at 1:03 with an employee shouting “DUDE…DUDE – get off your phone” and I’ll admit I was spacing out as it had taken 42 minutes to get 2 6-inch subs and 2 bags of chips.
Will continue to eat here but not at lunch – something’s missing with this crew

I went to the subway on rangewood and woodmen for lunch today.I ordered a foot long ,when I went to eat it the bread was so dried out, it was crispy and fell completely apart..I went back to the subway on Rangewood and ask the worker to remake the other half of the sandwich.He said all the bread in the case was that dried out.I was willing to go with a completely different bread and he just kept saying all of it was in that bad of condition..I asked for a refund and he said that that wouldn’t be possible either..So I left with the most discussing sandwich ever..The worker was rude and 100% not caring about their customers. Will not be back to this location ever..

I placed order inside of the store since I could not locate my gift card. They guy who serve me was not pleasant not apologetic. He ran out jalapeno not apologetic, when advise the apps did not ask me or I totally skip thru it, he had issue adding lettuce and mayonnaise and jalapeño. When got back to office, open the sandwich was totally cold on hot subs, which he did not ask me if I wanted mine grilled. Took several bites and show no meatballs, and comes to find out he also ran out of meatball not telling me but still charge me the full price.
