I would normally not leave a bad review for being out of items, but this is not the first time that I have been to this Subway and they have been out of key ingredients. This time I went to get a sandwich at 6:00 pm on a Friday and they had no loaf bread, only flatbread. They should really be more prepared. I ended up going to a different Subway and was happy with my experience.

I work nights. I’ve been to this subway twice after 7pm and before 10pm and they’re always “closed” with the door locked. Just change your hours if you don’t want to serve anyone after 7pm.

5 stars to the girl working behind the counter, ZERO STARS for the guy behind the counter that failed to help her with the long line and help her get customers out the door. Not to mention he was on break came back to help (only because she needed help with a protein pocket thing) and didn’t wash his hands once do better guy, team work makes the dream work.

The employee named Logan P treated me as if he hated his job. I understand that sometimes we all have bad days, but he should leave his personal problems outside of work and improve his attitude. I walked in happy to get a sandwich and left feeling upset because of his attitude.

Stopped at the Subway on 2499 South Academy, got the half sub for the day, Tuesday which was the teriyaki chicken, a drink and chips. the lady was extremely helpful, polite, friendly, good-natured. made an excellent sandwich.

The employee working repeatedly stop working to respond to text messages. He never washed his hands after touching his phone, face & the pos before putting back on his gloves. Also I had to repeat everything several times over & over

Not a lot of portion of meat and toppings on the sandwiches, and when I asked if I could get a little more they said there woul be a charge for double, which would of made it a regular portion in my book. Won’t go back!

The store was completely empty as I walked in alone for a quick bite. The young man states “ I have a few mobile orders” am I to take this as I should wait to be serviced? Also he hadn’t even started the orders so maybe some kinder more informative words would have settled me and my rumbling tummy. Took my business elsewhere
