Came in to get dinner. There was only one worker. I waited for maybe an hour for food. She did stay calm and collected as she made a door dash order that was like 6 sandwiches before she got to me. Once she finished my order she told the person behind me that she had to make two door dash orders before she could get to her. Y’all lost like 10-15 customers who came in and left because she was taking so long. Now Im not made at the one girl but Jesus. Hire more people. Or have two people working in the store at all times. Why do you have only one worker at your dinner rush? Makes no sense. Y’all lost so much business and a bit of everyone’s sanity.

I want to compliment the nice Lady working this location on the afternoon of 11/20. It’s a great asset to employ someone who is able to run the store seeming solo, while providing great customer service with a genuinely friendly attitude. She made a great spicy italian to boot! This subway is continually declining. I now have ordered food three times online for it not to be done in time. Sometimes, 30 minutes after the fact. Every single sub we purchased today was incorrect or missing meats, etc. I tried to call and guess what it went starlight to voicemail with no voicemail.

I never used to like this subway. Honestly, now it’s the only one that I go to. The employees give a little extra detail to your sandwich. It’s clean on the inside. The manager seems to go above and beyond she doesn’t rush people out of the line, she will carry on a conversation and make everyone feel welcome and I like that. There is usually only one employee working, but they seem to be fine with it and they are still positive. Great job to whoever is in charge of the subway.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:05. When I arrived at 7:05 I was told the order wasn’t even started yet. They have ONE employee making sandwiches so it took 30+ minutes longer to get the sandwiches made. It was not packed i was the only person in the store so the wait was just ridiculous. If they are gonna only have one person working they should make sure they can move quickly.

This is one of my worse experiences in subway. My salad is so horrible, I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken still tasting like if it was frozen, the salad was supposed to have lettuce and spinach and they forgot the lettuce, it didnt have green peppers. I’ve had a really long day, and I was starving waiting to have a decent meal and I get home and this is the most frustrating thing today.

Store was cleaned. We ordered our food online in the app. Arrived on time to find the store was short staffed and the sandwich maker was stoned and couldn’t concentrate. Waited over 20 extra minutes for our sandwiches to be made and ready. The other employee was too concerned with getting his side work completed to pay any attention to customers or help the kid struggling. Finally got our sandwiches and when I opened my sandwich it was wrong. Never coming back to this location again. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to a Subway I can trust or not eat Subway at all.
