Went in last night to be greeted with a young employee that did not care for his job. Not only did he make everything feel like an inconvenience for him but he also complained about being there for only 3.5 hours. I asked for the bacon and bread to be toasted separately as I wanted the bacon to be crispy, he responded with I can just toast the Sandwich for longer as if he didn’t understand the word separately. As we moved down the line he asked what condiments I wanted after I said light lettuce. I said light lettuces again and he said that we now put the condiments on first. This kid really needs to learn something about customer service as you never talk back to a customer in that way. It would be a 0/5 stars if it could be. I will never be going back to this place to hear this kid complain about a 6 hour shift.
For the manager, I went in around 7:40pm on January 27th. The kid in question seemed to be working alone.
For anyone else, don’t come here unless you want bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst subway in town. The employees are rude, and absolutely horrible. When you order your sandwich with honey mustard they’ll drown it in two cups of dijon. Just don’t eat here.

Walked in, was thankful no one was in the store.
The sandwich artist ignored me, then tried to pass me off to another employee… which didn’t respond. I was immediately asked upon walking in if I had an online order. I said no then he passed me off to another person. As a previous manager of a Subway the in person customers always had upmost priority.
I felt unwelcome and an inconvenience to the staff upon my arrival. I then proceeded to another store on south academy and had a pleasant experience. I did have a wait at the S Academy store which was fine at least I felt valued as a customer so I gave a $5 cash tip and 20% credit card tip.
The store I’m writing this review on needs to train their employees to be approachable and courteous to walk in customers. This is a shame, zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their bread is always dry, I doordashed this order paid $20 so I wouldn’t have to leave home. Got this and took it in and they refused to remake it or issue a refund saying it’s because the bread was “toasted”. Terrible location stick to the one on powers and space center.

May I say that the store was very clean and nice at first but when you get inside the store the atmosphere is very ugly. I went in to get a nice and simple sandwich for me and my wife before I came home but as I noticed the manager was very and may I say very rude and unprofessional. As she was making my sandwich she was giving me attitude as well as snarky remarks but when it came to a young man she was giving him flirty remarks which made the young man very uncomfortable. When he left she started saying very inappropriate stuff about the young man to her coworker which made me disgusted. If I was the boss hearing this I would not stand for it. By the time I was done ordering my food I left with a bad imprint with the restaurant. I will be going to the boss or corporate as well because it is very unprofessional.

I walked in at 9:50, hoping to get 2 sandwiches. The staff told me that they couldn’t make 2 sandwiches in 10 minutes because they were closing at 10:00. Terrible experience.

I genuinely wonder what is the purpose of ordering food there online ahead of time if they never start making it till you get there and stand in line for them to even start?
Placed my order, waited 5 minutes at home and drove to pick up. Soon in line for OVER 15 minutes to just hear that they never started making it.
I did ask why it is never ready till we show up. Employee with a look of disgust on his face just waived his hand into the air.
I don’t think there is another food place on Colorado Springs with worst customer service than those one. They never have ingredients you order, food never ready, slways rude.
Employee told me that ordering online means nothing and I still have to wait in line with everyone else.
Can the owner say what is the reason for ordering online at all?

Never coming back. Staff hiding in back when there was a long line wasted my short lunch on a sandwich no communication about delays. I asked for a meatball sub they said they were cold in the back and would take several minutes but then the staff brought out a fresh container when the guest behind me ordered one and they were steaming hot. Would like to speak with supervisor at this branch.
