Walked in to order dinner. One employee sitting on the floor stocking chip never said word or even recognized we were standing there. The kid in the back was talking on the phone told us he’d be with us in a minute. After waiting patiently for 10 mins he came to take our order. Asked for Italian herbs n cheese bread just to be told it was still cooking and they only had like one type of bread. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Very displeased I actually go to this location because the one closer to my house is pretty bad too. Would give zero stars if I could!

Mostly rude teenagers who work here, really makes it hard to come in when I know I’m going to stand there for a few minutes watching them have a conversation by the kitchen and refusing to acknowledge me. I just want to be treated like a person who has a schedule. Also most, not all, of the staff are pretty unfriendly. I got rude responses for asking if they could break a fifty, the guy stopped making the ladies’ sandwich behind me just to come over and point at a sign at my waist level, after the girl checking me out had already told me that they couldn’t break it. I’m 6’2″, I’m not looking at near genital level for important information.

I never realized how hard it is to make a sandwich. Getting the sauce on the inside seems to be the most difficult thing. I really enjoy opening my wrapper and see that the sauce was put on the outside of the stale bread. A 15 dollar sandwich that is wrapped in sauce. Disgusting. This location is worthless and should be boarded up.

I’m a little irritated. I get people hate their jobs now & days but oh my. They really only get 3 stars because I had a decent sandwich and they weren’t messed up. Of course they are out of or almost out of a lot of items at 8:30 even though they close at 10. The doordash orders before me were waiting for their orders even thought it was only 2 people in the store. As I’m currently sitting outside of the store after grabbing my food they have switched off the lights at 9. It took almost 15 minutes for anybody to acknowledge we were there while both of the employees continued to snicker and get upset because they just hated their jobs so much. Like I said, I get it the world is tough now and days but dang, Amazon is always hiring since they were that miserable. At least she gave me 2 bags to carry all of our food.

I purchased 2 sandwiches. One for me and one for my co-worker. The young man who was making our sub started sniffling and I asked him if he was sick. He told me it was allergies. But we both had stomach bugs. Hers kept her from work and we both had very unfortunate symptoms. He should have been honest and managment should of sent him home. He was clearly not well. The store was packed and who knows howmany people got sick. He changed his gloves but that didnt stop him from breathing on our subs.

Typically never have a problem at this location and they’re always quick. And Kayla was the first employee I’ve met that when I asked for just my meat toasted she flipped it on the sandwich with no mistake and both meals were cooked to perfection just the way I want. I appreciate her for doing it with such ease every other time I do my order some employees just have the hardest time using common sense so she made it so much simpler.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their bread is always dry, I doordashed this order paid $20 so I wouldn’t have to leave home. Got this and took it in and they refused to remake it or issue a refund saying it’s because the bread was “toasted”. Terrible location stick to the one on powers and space center.
