I placed an order on the app. When I got there the place was closed. They still took my money and I got no food. Currently trying to get my money back but if that doesn’t happen I will file a chargeback. The Walmart door greeter said the guy left and said he was going on a break over 40 minutes ago. So we waited thinking he had to be back soon. Nope. But guess what I did get?! The email that said my order was ready. Such a joke.

Not a good experience. I eat at subway a few times a week and my experience is always good but today I visit this store and not the same experience. Service was good, but there is nothing to order. Not lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, salami, cookies, etc. most of the dressing bottle were empty and place was not very clean. I don’t like to give this kind of reviews but this was my experience tonight

I usually don’t do bad reviews and I feel bad about the person whom I am writing this about. But service was so so bad and rude that I had to write one of the howler. Seemed like sandwich artist was little racist or maybe just bad in general. We saw him picking up food that came out from sandwich and putting it back. Anyways, I wish subway will take some action on this.

Poor guy was working by himself, the people in front of us i guess decided to order for the next 5 days and ordered over 5 footlongs so we waited in line for approx 20 minutes before being served.. because the guy was alone he had to stock up on supplies and pull bread out of oven. He was kind and apologized for the wait, unfortunately the veggies here were HORRIBLE, they all had frost like they were frozen and dethawing, they were horrible quality veggies and multiple options were unavailable. He hooked my sandwich up and did his best with what he had.

This place is so poorly managed – they never have enough staff for busy times. Out of everything, poor guy on shift was running around trying to do everything himself. He was fine, but clearly the managers are MIA and don’t give a shit about their employees or the level of service we receive as customers. Placed a mobile order 30-40 minutes in advance and the only individual on shift didn’t have the ability to make my order due to the multitude of orders before me. DONT DO MOBILE ORDERS IF YOURE NOT ABLE TO STAFF FOR IT.

I ordered thru Door Dash – My foot long meatball subway wasn’t correct! It was supposed to be on TOASTED HERBS & CHEESE BREAD! It was on plain white bread and not toasted. I paid for extra meatballs – guess what – nope! It really isn’t hard, guys! And you don’t answer the phone or have a way to let management know there’s a problem! Ridiculous!! I guess I’ll use a different Subway store in tje future!

You need to get a manager in there to clean the place. Last two times we went it was nasty dirty around the food and vegetables. Plus there always out of meatballs and certain breads. And, what happened to their potato soup and soup in general during the winter. Time to go elsewhere this place has gone downhill so bad.

Okay so Sam’s Club’s food court decided to not have anything available today, so I thought, “where can I feed my fam for cheap and quick?” I knew subway had some promos so I waltzed over inside Walmart and found nobody there.
Finally someone shows up, I think it was Michael. He seems thrilled to be working. We got two 5.99 footlongs which were dubbed “pizza” sandwiches but were no more than tomato sauce, onions, and toasted bread. And I had heartburn from this hearty meal. Also got two 6.99 footlongs which were normal.

But my biggest complaint, and I know this will never get to corporate, but why am I paying more for less? It’s not just Subway, but what used to be a 6$ footlong is now up to 14$ plus whatever sides or combos you want.

Same old experience. Too many customers and one person working. Waited too long. And for some reason, they blocked the view on the meat and cheese area, so I couldn’t see the quality of product while my sandwich was prepared. I quit going here a while back due to poor quality and service, but decided that I would give them another chance. Going elsewhere for my sandwiches from here on out.
