Good food and friendly staff, but the outside area hurts the experience. The sandwiches were made well – fresh ingredients, properly prepared, and exactly what you expect from Subway. Staff were polite, efficient, and kept things moving even during a busy time. Inside the restaurant was clean and orderly, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the area outside was a problem. People hanging around and trash scattered near the entrance made it feel uncomfortable coming in and out. That situation really detracts from what would otherwise be a solid location.
Overall, the food and service were good, but better attention to the outside cleanliness and loitering would greatly improve the experience here.

This has nothing to do with food or staff, my problem is the parking lot. The asphalt is pretty cracked and not in good condition at all but that’s whatever not the worst I’ve driven in. Tell me why I pull into a parking spot and I hear a slight scrap or crunch. As far as I know I just pulled to far on to the concrete wheel stop, no biggie. I get my food and start to reverse out of the spot why the sound of crunching and cracking happening. I immediately put it in park and check out my front end.
Why was there two one inch rebar stakes sticking out of the concrete!!! It tore through the undercarriage of my car!
Also I know I’m not the only one this has happened to because there was pieces of someone’s car left behind! I wish I took a picture but I was too upset to even think about that. But I definitely will as soon as I can.

We arrived at 8:55 pm on Jan 14th 2023 to the surprise of the doors already being locked when the store hours are clearly 9:30 as I’ve apply photos of the hours of business as well as the employee who locked the doors then blatantly ignored us! I am a firm believer in work ethic and if you hired for a job you should proform it to the best of your abilities! Not jus do as you please because you are lazy! Such a shame and there should be ramifications for this lady’s actions!

All I know is that I woke up the next day sick as hell from eating here. Never had a problem with a subway. With this experience, which feels like food poisoning… They need to shut this place down or clean it up so we’re not getting sick. My roommate also gotten sick from eating the sub…

The older lady that has worked here for years is the WORST. She always shorts my portions and has a bad attitude. I’m guessing that’s why the owners keep her is to keep food costs down. WORST SUBWAY IN TOWN!

Do yourself a favor go to a different location or jearsy Mike’s or Jimmy johns. Im not one to leave reviews. Will give a place a chance or 2 then just walk away but this subway is terrible probably the worst place to eat in the springs. It’s a shame the 8th street and uintah locations closed and we are left with this dump. Rude customer service. Terrible food prep if you can’t cut a onion right you probably shouldn’t work in the food industry. You can’t ask for extra veggies, they skimp out on the meat, veggies aren’t cut properly and not fresh isn’t subways motto “eat fresh” or something like that. Can’t ask for extra veggies but if you ask for a little extra sauce they cake it on then tell you won’t be able to taste anything but the sauce like no crap im not going to taste anything you just emptied half the bottle on my sandwich. Corporate needs to come in and close this location down. Absolutely terrible in every single way. Again do yourself a favor go to a different location or jearsy Mike’s or Jimmy johns

I normally don’t leave reviews and let things go when it comes to fast food but…the customer service at this Subway was absolutely awful. The older woman was beyond rude. Everything that came out of her mouth was rude. One of the most important things about being in customer service is even if you are having a bad day you don’t let that show through to customers and you grin and bare it. If you don’t like your job and can’t “fake it until you make it…” maybe you should find another job.
