They used the wrong bread on my sub and when I made a comment about it the woman just stared at me blankly and didn’t say anything. My cookies were also stale, they were super fresh at a different location but not this one. Place was clean though.

We ordered lunch here and even though there was only 2 people working, they worked quickly and we’re friendly and helpful. Food was fresh, restaurant was very clean inside. After you order, you can eat inside or outside by the restaurant, or there are several different picnic areas below the restaurant in a park-like setting with a rushing creek, several bridges, calm water with ducks, and even a play area for kids. Great view of Pikes Peak from the parking lot, too.

Food was okay as a regular subway but one of the waiters was really rude and not professional at all. Not motivated and not respectful… hope this guy (hispanic with a mustache and tatoos) get fired soon. On the contrary his colleague (an older lady) was really nice.

I’m just visiting town and I felt inclined to leave a review for Matt here. He was so nice and efficient with my order. That gentleman created an atmosphere that was welcoming and pleasant. The store is very clean and fully stocked. Thank you and will be coming back for more business.

The food was fine. It’s the service . The older Latina looking woman was rude. We came up and ordered our first sub including bread and she paused and rudely asked “ do you want that on bread ?” Then I went and ordered my sub and I said which one I wanted, but I didn’t want jalapeños. She rudely says” I can’t understand anything you said.
The other girl who looked like she had a bob haircut and younger was nice and helpful. We wanted to tip , but the older lady was so rude. She needs to get some customer service skills.

The subway app was down and I even showed the guy and he had no care to help at all. On a meal that I could’ve spent $25 on I spent $42. Not to mention I waited 5 minutes just for him to take the payment and blame the system issue on me for putting in my number on the keypad before he had completely Rang in everything. Terrible service, terrible experience, just overall a very unsatisfactory visit and just based on this I will never go again!
