Didn’t catch her name but the shorter lady that I think had pink streaks in her hair that made my food was an absolute saint. She put up with a lot of abusive behavior from the trucker that was ahead of me. She made my sandwich perfectly and absolutely deserves a raise! She didn’t let that absolutely rude man get to her and maintained perfect customer service throughout. 10/10

We were helped by a lady name Brandy and a gentleman I believe named Brandon. I caught them just as they were going on break, but they both stayed. Completed my order and another customers order before going on break and had great customer service.

The new general manager is horrific! I waited in line that had one customer in it and from start to finish I was there for 20 minutes waiting. She burned the only guy in front of me order so she had to make another one. Yet she could have gotten my order prepped in the time it took to toast the gentleman in front of me order. She didn’t have anything prepped so I did not get my order completed, and when I asked for a different meat she rudely told me she was going to charge double meat. Yea, double meat, and this was 11:30 AM. If you’re willing to go to this place God bless you. There are many places to get a quick meal around Limon in under 20 minutes. Go anywhere else. My meal was the worst thing I have ever eaten. Mind you that I’ve eaten rattlesnake, and the only thing worse was the general manager’s attitude. She is a rattlesnake and I hope they can find someone else to run that position.

It is located inside the TA Travel Center, but it also has it’s own entrance. We ordered the Subway Club (12″) and Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap. I really enjoyed my wrap and the employees are very nice.

Save your time and find somewhere else to eat. I waited for at least 10 minutes in the lobby to be told their taking a 25 minute break. No sign, no explanation, just come back in 25 to 30 minutes and we’ll maybe be back open. There was 3 people waiting before me so who knows how long they were hiding in the back. Honestly, with how long it takes to get a sandwich they’re this is really all I need to just not go again. The bread is usually stale and the stuff they make your food with is luke warm anyways, McDonald’s across the street is a better choice or there’s an Arby’s and taco bell just down the street. Find yourself something else for lunch, I know I had to.

Terrible customer service. Completely rude. Acted like I was bothering her…AT HER JOB. The fountain drinks are out as well and have been for some time. It was at least clean this time.

It took more than 20 minutes for the staff to make 5 sandwiches, which is definitely too long when none of them were even toasted!
When I finally got my order taken, I asked for a ham and egg toasted well done. Instead what I got was crusty bread and cold eggs. IDK if you know what food poisoning is like, but if you’re in the area for food I suggest McDonald’s. I’d also like to know how subway would like to make this up to me- I tried to submit something on their website but apparently that’s only possible if you save the receipt to provide the store number…as if

Slooooowwwwww. There was 3 customers ahead of me, 2 employees working, and it still took over 20 minutes to get my food and pay. I never complain about how long it takes to get food when places are dealing with a lunch rush, but this place wasn’t even busy. 4 customers including myself, and you can’t get somebody through the line in under 20 minutes with 2 people working? I’ve been to Subways that had 3x the customers and still managed to get people through in less than 10 minutes.

Lady was very rude. Said she couldn’t wait on customers because she had to make bread for tonight. Would not consider wait on two customers and then make the bread. The 3 minutes it took to make a sandwich was going to throw off their entire program. Horrible service. Very rude. Hateful. Said 20 minutes minimum to wait for her.

There was no one in the store except two employees at the register talking to each other. The entire coffee area was filthy with one empty pot of coffee. When I asked if they could make coffee they told me “in a minute”. An off duty employee walked over and pushed a button and said it will be just as min.
When I went to pay I commented that the coffee area was a real mess. (There was so much spilled coffee there were flies everywhere) The woman ringing me up said “yeah it gets like that”. I said, I’m not trying to be rude, I’m just saying as a consumer, it’s messy. She responded to my back “and I’m telling you as an employee it’ll get cleaned up,”
I will never go back to this trash hole.
Management needs to retrain on cleanliness and customer service.
