My wife and I stopped in today while getting our vehicle serviced at Jiffy lube. We were surprised with the short wait time considering there was only one employee running the show. Dear Owner of this franchise..I just wanted to let you know we sent family members there with orders for 8 sandwiches and cookies. We were told they couldn’t make them because that’s a catering order. Umm..I thought the point of having a restaurant was to sell and serve food..your staff was lazy and didn’t care you would be losing $. Wed eve crew. We won’t be back.

My husband and I are Seniors and our appetites are s m.j all, we asked if they could make us each a 4 inch sandwich … one a Veggie and the other a Teriyaki Chicken… the preparer said she could only make 4 inch from the kids menu choosing either meat choice of Ham or Turkey … it was rather disappointing because we didn’t they were restricted to sandwich ingredients according to size… she was also training someone so she may have wanted to show her “authority ” in her trainees presence… don’t really know for sure… we wound up getting a 6 inch sandwich… then the preparer was upset cause we didn’t make it a meal… very sad experience since we were just traveling…

I live in Fountain and there are 2 other Subways in town and they both suck, all ways out of done product n staff very rude, so we’ll drive bout of way to go to the SUBWAY in the Love’s truck stop. The staff there is always juice and friendly. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
