so the girl making my footlong tuna decided to wipe the excess mayo from the knife onto the outside of my bun instead of using a clean rag. When I asked her why she did that, she said “because it’s your sandwich”. I’ve been going to Subways for many, many years and this has never happened before. Do better

This visit was a COLD mess! I ordered curbside because I am sick. I actually sat in my car in front of the store when I ordered, and the store was empty of customers. Shortly thereafter, a customer went in, then another. They both left with their food. A little later, more customers come…..and go. I have now been at the curb for nearly 40 minutes. I finally asked my daughter to go in and see where our food was. The employees were all yapping in the back, while my food was sitting on the counter. My daughter left with our food without being acknowledged by any of the team members. When we got home to eat, we found our sandwiches lacking, and my HOT steak sandwich was refrigerator cold. As I am too sick to go ask for a refund; it would be nice if someone would contact me and offer a remake. The food was lacking, and the service was slow and incomplete.

Rude to customers, gave me someone else’s order, even though I had to repeat my name several times. When I first walked in I said I was here for an online, the girl said ok, looked away and ignored me. 10 minutes later her coworker asks her what im here for and she just shrugs and says I dont know. I had to again approach her, which is when she asked my name then pushed a large bag towards me. I said this is not at all mine, asks my name again and then rudely grabbed my bag from behind her, and pushed it at me on the counter. Smh.

They don’t even pretend to give you what you ordered. I ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have 2x turkey, then I ordered extra meat. I opened my sandwich and it’s literally just a regular turkey sandwich. Idk what it is about workers in fountain being so inept and clueless.

I was here the other day to pick up an order. The latinx girl working there mumbled something and pointed towards the cups, so I thought I was supposed to fill my own. I asked her if they were all the same size, and she angrily barked out “I said a bottle!!”. Not my fault you’re angry about life, chill out little girl.

I won’t be back! We did a pickup! I got home and our sandwiches weren’t even edible! They made my meatball sandwich with cucumbers, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes and mayo! I didn’t even put that down for my order! My husband sandwich was a hot mess as well. The customer service was good and the restaurant was clean. However, the sandwiches were just gross! Traveling through in a road trip. Stopped for a late night bite (they close at 2am). We ordered around 12am then asked if we can sit inside to eat. The girl working there said the eat in area closes at 12am. My husband and I then ate outside our car (again, on a road trip so just passing through). Shortly after, we saw a family go in…order …then sit and eat. Not sure what that’s about but I’m tempted to say there is some racism….? Don’t appreciate it.

When you order on line. And ask for Extra lettuce, EXTRA onion and EXTRA bell pepper. I’m sure reading and is hard for some employees but it can’t be that hard to make a sandwich.. disappointed is the food and service.
