Why can’t they heat up chicken with toasting my bread? The first time I have been told they can’t heat up your chicken and cheese before putting on the bread. This employee told me, she doesn’t know how to heat up the chicken without toasting it. Lol. She needs more training. I was given the most disgusting sandwich. The chicken was so cold. Ridiculous!!!

Terrible food, terrible food quality, terrible service by children who just don’t care. They don’t even wash their hands when they come back in from a smoke break. The customer service is always awful, and the food is trash. They sure do keep raising the prices though. Gross. Do better, Subway. Don’t eat here, folks.

I wish I can give no stars, I come to this subway all the time because it’s the only one close to where I live me and my family came in here and there was an employee named Larry he had such a rude attitude, slamming things around, wearing head phones, no greeting just a what do you want , not pleasant or polite, very unprofessional if he didn’t like his job he shouldn’t be there, no an experience I wanted my kid to see, I won’t be coming back…. just sad. He really should check his attitude before working with customers.

I was at the drive thru waiting for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Then I finally drove up. It took another 15+ minutes for them to make three sandwiches. The only reason why I came here is because I have kids and I didn’t want to take them down. What’s the point if I am stuck in the car for almost 30 minutes??

We went to order around 5:30 tonight the lady was putting on her gloves and my wife asked “how are you doing tonight?”and the lady answers in just the rudes attitude and said “how many sandwiches?” It wasn’t even close to being closing time. She even just looked at us like we were bothering her by wanting a sandwich. We just walked out. Not recommending this subway go to the one on the Mesa.
