Fire everybody that works here, close down, hire new staff, then reopen. It took 45 minutes to make a 6 inch sub. One. Not 1000. One.
I ordered 30 minutes ahead, showed up and the two (yes it took two people 45 minutes) people that were working did not know a thing about what they were doing. They kept talking back and forth about someone punched the fridge, this manager doesn’t know what they’re doing, someone doesn’t know how to slice tomatoes, instead of focusing on getting the customers food prepared.
It took 15 minutes to make the customers food that was already there when I walked in, and my sandwich. What a shame. What a disgrace to the subway name. I will never order from this subway nor go to this gas station again. Horrible horrible horrible.

These people SUCK! You missed 2 items on my sub, one that I had to pay extra for and you gave me a sprinkling of some sad wilted lettuce. And since when does the toppings go on the bottom of the sandwich??? Never again and dont go here until the owner wants to properly manage their store and employees! This went in the trash!

Went in to grab an early lunch, was standing in front as 2 employees just kept walking by going on about their day, they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. After waiting there for 10 minutes and not even a “hold on we’ll be right with you”. Subway just lost a daily customer. Let’s go Jimmy John’s!

Worst service ever. Ordered online for pick up. Went to pick up area and was ignored for more than 10 minutes. Had to interrupt the one person who appeared to be working alone when I was told it wasn’t made yet. I’ve had that happen before and was unhappy that it had happened again. Ended up two people were working and they were taking turns hiding in the back. Once the sandwiches were started it took more than 20 minutes to be made. No sense of urgency, nothing. From the time I made my order around 12:20pm they were supposed to be ready by 12:40, we didn’t walk out of the store until nearly 1:30. This is completely uncalled for and I will make sure that I no longer do business with the specific Subway. I will go out of my way to go to another one or not at all. I’m really hoping that the owner sees this review and does something about the staff that was working during these times on April 12th 2025

Levi made the BEST sandwiches!! Started off by washing his hands

It’s been a while since I’d been inside Subway, and I’m glad I went in for dinner. There were a couple of workers up front, Levi and another gentleman. Levi was so patient in training on the register, helping him clock out. Before he left, he worked hard, and they made a great team getting doordash in between my order. Levi is so incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was an excellent experience for my two subs!!

Levi is great. Though Levi (left by themself) had at least five or six people in line waiting to have their special sandwich made, Levi kept a positive attitude and wonderful smile regardless of what type of customer personality they encountered at the register l. Please give Levi extra help. I hate for the Subway leadership team to lose such a loyal employee.

Good food and friendly staff. Toaster oven doesn’t seem to get very hot. They put provolone instead of my requested pepper jack on my sandwich so make sure to watch what they’re doing.

This subway is okay. I like the food, but they can not seem to keep the same employees for very long. It’s always new people every time. Some seem to know what they are doing to an extent, while others just seem like they are hating life as they serve you. If you have a subway by your area, they might not have these same issues. But I like subway, so we just keep coming back. Prices are about $11.50 for a footlong sandwich. Service is so-so.
