I came to this subway today around 2pm. I just wanted to say thank you to the young man that was working today! Our sandwiches were probably the best we have had at any location. He was fast friendly and welcoming. The bread was fresh tasting and all items were fresh and stocked.

Great workers I don’t see why people go off on the workers, store was clean, service was great I would just say to work on the bread they serve the bread is sometimes hard but not always. Other than that I’d say this location isn’t bad.

The employees here are the best so this review has nothing to do with them. I’m just wondering if MAYBE we start negatively reviewing whoever is running this place will actually run it. They are out of EVERYTHING…. ALL THE TIME. I have never once been there in the past six months and been able to actually order a full menu item. They are constantly out of almost all vegetables, most meats. You go in there and have to pay for a meal with two ingredients on it because they are out of everything and they also never have drinks. Ever. It’s been out of order every time I’ve went in there for months. I don’t know if it’s management not knowing how to do inventory or what but just close down at this point.. you’re never able to make anything on the menu.

Been here a few times so far, everything has been spot on with no complaints! Staff is friendly, they run out of ingredients fast but that’s expected given there’s not much else around. Overall, great Subways whether walk-in ordering or mobile ordering!

I stop at this Subway every time I go to Colorado Springs and have never had a bad experience. Mandy is a bright sunshine which fills you up with welcoming vibes. Almost no chicken on half of the the foot long sub, still cold in the center after being toasted. And then after I have ordered everything else they say they stopped carry buffalo sauce, pretty much what makes the sandwich I ordered and you would think is a popular sauce? Sucks a sandwich shop struggles to make sandwiches…

Subway is what it is and they will always be that for fast food comfort subs, unfortunately now corporate has decided to black out the front prep glass windows where you watch your food being made. Now, who knows what they might be doing to your sandwich or if you truly are getting double meat, etc. This is literally the whole marketing high point of watching your food being assembled in front of you while you choose your fixings. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to El Bronco Ranch Market and get some authentic mexican food instead. Guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

It’s a nice clean store, but perhaps a bit understaffed. I was the third customer in line (and there were no other customers), the first customer was finishing up with his order and was on his way in about 7 minutes. It took another twenty minutes between helping the second customer and getting to be for my simple order. If there would have been another choice in Ellicott that offered decent sandwiches I would have left. At least the sandwich ingredients were fresh, the bread was good. So, if you have plenty of time to stand around and wait, you won’t have any problems with this store.

We ordered online and got an email saying our sandwiches were ready. Then when we got there our sandwiches had not even been started and the person behind the counter made us wait u til she finished all sandwiches for the people that were already in the store. This isn’t the first time this has happened here. And it seems they are never going to have enough people working there.
