We go here quite often. Nice people and great service. It is fast food but we go out of our way to come here instead of the one in Firestone which we don’t like at all.

It started off good. Walked in with my kid and brother and was met by two girls with good energy and were funny. Everything was good until this old woman came up front and made a snide comment to one of the girls right away, I’m assuming that girl was new. I ordered the chicken Mexicali sub and all was good until who I’m assuming was the manager came in to “help”. She was putting on the veggies when the second sub came out and I realized I had the same amount of cheese as the other (my sub was supposed to come with double pepper jack) so I asked the lady about it and she immediately had a tone and said she didn’t make the sub so she didn’t know what kind of cheese it was and continued wrapping it. Not what I asked so I asked again and she asked the girl what type of cheese she used then told me it was pepper jack. So I asked my original question for a third time and she just stared at me blankly as she continued to wrap my sandwich. Finally she reacted and went over to the new girl and started talking down to her about how she didn’t put enough cheese on it and there’s cards for a reason. A good manager wouldn’t do that in front of customers- she was trying to embarrass the new girl and all it did was make her look like a jerk who shouldn’t be managing people. We get home and what do I find? The manager was too lazy to add the cheese to the sandwich so she put it on the side and it was American cheese ♀️ I’ll probably wait till there’s new management before we come back to this location. Getting the wrong cheese was the least of my problems with this visit.

Good food. Nice people. I added extra cheese. The sandwich maker was pleasant and reminded me of the extra charge. There was a new employee. He was nervous but was composed and asked when he didn’t know. The other employees were very good about making him feel more confident and relax. And his mom came in. Lol. It was clean and sanitary.

I live in Milliken and drive to platville over Johnstown or Greeley. Oh it is the most friendly, clean, well stocked subway around. I feel good about getting a sub made here every time. The dressings are always looking fresh and stocked and their work area is always clean! Definitely worth the drive.

Service was phenomenal, not sure if its the small town vibe, but the people working here are so respectful and they truly pay attention to make sure that the order is done correctly; that to me is quality service, something that is hard to find now days. I currently live in Denver, but do go to Nebraska quite often, making this my “stop” from now on.

Definitely won’t return. First off they told us not to worry and we didn’t need a mask. To say the least I ignored that and continued with my order, keeping my mask firmly in place. Now, that generally doesn’t bug me too much. However Unfortunately after my family and I had already began our order we overheard the unmasked gentleman in front of us who was clearly a friend of the manager, tell the staff that his wife may have COVID, but it’s no big deal and she’s not gonna get tested cause she’s starting to feel better. The fully unmasked staff then laughed about it and continued working along. I don’t know about anyone else, but I won’t be putting my health on the line for a “healthy” sandwich at this location EVER again. They have 0 care or priority for the health of their customers. How this establishment gets to continue to operate with a blatant disregard for the health and safety of their clientele is beyond me.

Literally the slowest sandwich makers ever, no customer service skills. Made me seem like an inconvenience. I spent $29 and they wrote NOT TOASTED on the wrong sandwich and bagged it wrong so I dropped off the wrong sandwich to the wrong person. My brother is allergic to honey and he got the one that had honey mustard. By the time this is all realized, I’m already home and I live in Greeley. I am not happy and I will be contacting a manager tomorrow . I used to work at subway, it’s not rocket science. Very disappointed
