Normally have great service at this location, until tonight. Arrived around 6:25pm on a Saturday. Allison was working and was clearly put off by having customers in the store. She was throwing sandwiches around, smacking the knives on the counter and sighing with every request. We paid and left, she turned off the lights and locked up.

the workers here make the BEST SANDWICHES. They’re always so nice & welcoming whenever i come in. They make sure they did everything right for my sandwich. This store is always so clean too!!! 10/10 my favorite subway.

I helped a friend of mine go to subway and get 3 identical sandwich’s and this beautiful young lady made it a lot more easier to do so. She got everything perfectly done and didn’t waste anytime. She was really nice and had a smile on her face. I wish I got her name but she had brown hair but she was really nice thank you.

Toaster has been broken for months now. I honestly don’t even know why I come to this location. The young lady that’s always here is great, but is rare I can’t actually get what I’d like to eat. Not really I great place IMO…the owner really needs to either close the location since they seem to not be willing to invest into there business or start paying attention to what needs to be fixed and actually get it done. RIDICULOUS

Good food. Nice people. I added extra cheese. The sandwich maker was pleasant and reminded me of the extra charge. There was a new employee. He was nervous but was composed and asked when he didn’t know. The other employees were very good about making him feel more confident and relax. And his mom came in. Lol. It was clean and sanitary.

We are big on ordering on the apps, and unfortunately, the app rarely works correctly with this location. We often go elsewhere because of this. Like right now. We tried ordering online and it failed repeatedly so we will be door dashing something else.

It started off good. Walked in with my kid and brother and was met by two girls with good energy and were funny. Everything was good until this old woman came up front and made a snide comment to one of the girls right away, I’m assuming that girl was new. I ordered the chicken Mexicali sub and all was good until who I’m assuming was the manager came in to “help”. She was putting on the veggies when the second sub came out and I realized I had the same amount of cheese as the other (my sub was supposed to come with double pepper jack) so I asked the lady about it and she immediately had a tone and said she didn’t make the sub so she didn’t know what kind of cheese it was and continued wrapping it. Not what I asked so I asked again and she asked the girl what type of cheese she used then told me it was pepper jack. So I asked my original question for a third time and she just stared at me blankly as she continued to wrap my sandwich. Finally she reacted and went over to the new girl and started talking down to her about how she didn’t put enough cheese on it and there’s cards for a reason. A good manager wouldn’t do that in front of customers- she was trying to embarrass the new girl and all it did was make her look like a jerk who shouldn’t be managing people. We get home and what do I find? The manager was too lazy to add the cheese to the sandwich so she put it on the side and it was American cheese ♀️ I’ll probably wait till there’s new management before we come back to this location. Getting the wrong cheese was the least of my problems with this visit.
