This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever eaten at , very rude employees and the manager is very unprofessional, I found a fly in my sandwich when I opened it up to put some chips inside went to go see if they can make me another one and they were completely rude about the whole situation. They work in a dirty environment and the counters are always disgusting, the oven handles are completely filthy. Definitely don’t recommend.

Ordered a Protien bowl and asked to have them cut up the pepperoni and they refused. Said it’s against corporate policy cuz it takes to long. There was literally no one else in the store. Told them to keep it. I’m not gonna try and put an entire slice in my mouth when it’s hot. Sorry service here

Just left this location, unfortunately did not get the name of the lady behind the counter. She was great! Appeared to be by herself. What I want to know is how can one employee who is pregnant do so much better than a crew of 5 @ the Carl’s Jr at the Brush Love’s? Honestly, molasses runs faster then them. I went into the subway in Hudson this evening. I ordered the Baja Steak and Jack on Wheat, I told the employee that I didn’t want my sandwich toasted. So, he didn’t even warm up the meat. Then my wife asked for Ranch on her sandwich, then was told it needs to be preped so it is unavailable. What kind of sandwich place doesn’t offer Ranch. Regardless got home went to eat my sandwich and it tasted aweful. I threw it away, atleast my wife could eat her sandwich but only after taking off the pickles because they tasted funny. We will not be returning and wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

I have been a fan of Subway for years. This Subway is no exception when it comes to quality and service. This Subway is quick with the orders, even those that are unique. The staff is helpful and is knowledgeable in making recommendations when the customer has questions or is uncertain. One aspect that I really like is that they always have what is on their menu. I have never been told, “sorry we don’t have ______” It is nice to know that I can consistently walk in the door and order what I want.

One there are flies everywhere. The food was okay. The service was terrible. If you expect to get a buy two get one free or get your subway points, don’t bother. They say they are not subway but they are loves. But they are subway so- I’m not sure. Plus expect a 40% price increase.
