The young man that worked tonight was amazing, as soon as we walked in the door he offered to help us immediately, it was super refreshing to see that someone cared for us as soon as we walked in. You can clearly tell he takes pride in his work. He paid attention to every detail we had on our sandwiches and got them done in such a fast and timely manner. This young man is a perfect example for customer service. Definitely coming back to this location

Delicious sandwhich. I asked for what the employee likes and she gave me a delicious chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. Also got my Italian B.M.T. and enjoyed both of them. Employees were friendly even though they had a lot of orders.

Customer service was awesome! She did a good job with what she had. But felt sorry for her,the only one their! Selection sucks!! No straws, only 2 kind of chips, only 2 options for bread,only medium cups! Management needs to do better! If this continues, I see it being closed down.

Disappointment. They were out of more things that I wanted than what I didn’t want. They had to refund me for value meal parts they didn’t have. No lids for the med size drinks. No dorito nachos. Lots of “no’s” up in here.
As shown in the pictures, no care is really taken in preparing your food. FYI, the outlaw sandwich depicted in the menu vs what you get is ridiculously out of proportion, and it tastes like old black beans left out on the countertop after it films over.
The service was a 2. We ordered on the tablet when you walk in, even though I dont work here, you still have to pay a service fee to do so, aaaaand people who came in after us and ordered at the counter got their food 1st.
I would like to think in an area where fast food joints are popping up all around you, you would want to stand out in a positive fashion.
Poor showing Subway. I wouldn’t bother stopping here. Go a block down to Heidis, at least their sandwiches are as advertised. $50 for 3 people in this place is outrageous.

I went in and was greeted right away, there was not a long line and I made my order, staff was super friendly. Then when I went to pay, Maile, rung me up and was very polite while I was trying to figure out my coupon. Overall, great Subway and I would choose this one over any other subway! Delicious sandwhich

This older lady was not very nice to my boyfriend with he asked her for extra toast. She had a bad attitude and she is not a nice lady when it comes to serving customers. I’m very disappointed and she rushed for our food. I feel like customers should have the right to ask for extra toasty. She slapped the food into the oven like she was pissed. She needs to rest her day and be nicer

I stood in line to get a refund they were so rude. I don’t know why Gayle doesn’t serve Black people (we watched her do it to multiple people) but it’s just a sandwich.
She magically found manners when helping the white patrons. I wouldn’t send a dog to eat there if that’s the principles they stand on. Definitely reaching out to escalate.
I asked for a refund, she gave me less than I paid back and then threw the remainder at me with “for what? 2 bucks???” as a response. I was livid and won’t be back.

Food is actually good; but the store manager was all upset because she only had one person in line. Kept saying it’s only me. Yes girl it’s only you for one customer over all very rude. Not a good atmosphere. I normally don’t even eat at subway anymore , I was a manger in the past for subway and that just not a way to treat guest.

Just had the worst experience at subway. The lady that made our sandwiches was rude as hell. I asked for mustard she said” I need more information yellow or honey mustard.” She was so stingy with the veggies we had to ask several times for more of the same thing. Why be in customer service? The young girl was great. The older lady should work in the back.

This young man that worked tonight was by himself and usually we don’t like going in at night because they’re usually alone and have attitude because there’s of us. But tonight he was so respectful, quick, no attitude. It was just really refreshing.
