Filthy dirty. Horrible customer service, employees clothes were covered in pet hair, out of everything on a Friday evening. Ended up walking out before completing order due to employee touching everything in store and not changing gloves to finish building our subs. Will NOT be back to this location.

I stopped by Subway at Windsor exit at 6:15pm. Young man was working alone at dinner rush. I walked in to order one sandwich. Obviously, he was very stressed. He said he wouldn’t serve me because he had to go on break and he had to make bread. Why is this young man working alone at dinner rush!!! This is unacceptable!!!

Poor customer service. Out of napkins, branded cups, and most chips. The sandwich maker spilled half the meat off the bread and was not going to put it back in until I said something, then rolled his eyes and growled when I asked him to fix it. The other worker then scooped some fresh meat and put it in the sandwich. Store was fairly dirty and it seemed the two employees just didn’t want to be there. It just seems to be a true reflection of today’s society

Her employee charged me for the bread and everything I put aside, without me having asked her for anything extra, I charge everything separately, and when I asked her for an explanation showing her yesterday’s receipt of my purchase, her excuse was that yesterday’s young people did not do their job well, I want my refund for the robbery they are doing to me, although it is not a lot.

You can’t mess up your own. sandwich. My problem is they don’t take 50’s my bill was 60 gave him two fifty’s and he told me he can only except 20 and below . Returned recently returned crusted food in cold tray area ,glass not clean, nothing covered. Had to leave! Sorry normally one of the best.
