Walked in and got in line, the girl at the counter was making someone’s sandwich, She looks at me and says you have to wait I have an online order next. I said ok and waited. She asked what I wanted and I said a 6in pizza sub, she said they don’t make those and threw a fit while making it. I get to the register and she throws the sandwich towards me on the counter, rings it up and walks away.

I just walked into the loaf ‘n jug / Subway on July 4th around 6:30 p.m. the whole gas station/subway had no customers and me and my son go in to get a sub sandwich and the older man was very rude and disrespectful to us the customers and should not be working the register maybe stocking the back where there’s no customer interaction I do not recommend coming to the subway and this will be my last time purchasing from this loaf and jug I have to say the woman at the register for the actual gas station was very nice and polite and did her job very well

Let me tell you my experience here..
Ordered online through the app 2 sandwiches for pick up on my way home from work. As I pulled into the empty loaf n jug station at 7pm there wasn’t a car in sight. Slow night I do believe. I park get my things together and hop out of my car. A person was off in the shadows of the building smoking a cigarette that caught me off guard as they began to cough and hack violently to the point of puking. Gross but to each their own I guess. Walk into an empty store to two high school age-ish kids sitting behind the counter. The boy with long dark hair stood up and said “what’s up?” I replied that I had pick up order for ——. Her lumbered behind the subway counter, grabbed my food and handed it to me. I took them and replied thank you very much with a smile. Her replied “yeah. Have a good night I guess.” Still put off by the puke-a-saurus I walked by, now I guess I can have a good night, I walked out of the shop to the shadow puking man now sitting on a bench next to the front door. Still smoking, he was hacking up a lung and looking like he dragged himself in from a flu gutter. The worst part was he was dressed in his sweat stained subway hat and subway shirt that was definitely on day 2 or 3 of use. Needlessly to say, our sandwiches went straight into the trash and we ordered dominos.

Subway always has the best sandwiches….. Although I haven’t tried all the food they have my favorite and this one never gets old is the meatball marinara sub absolutely delicious…. Provolone cheese yellow banana peppers with black olives and a lil bit of Parmesan cheese …

Awful, awful, awful!!! I live near and frequent the Loaf n Jug. While their staff is beyond amazing, the service at the Subway I find extremely disappointing. I had to stand there as the lady working stood outside smoking a cigarette. Made eye contact with me and continued to finish her smoke. Then, once she finished and came in to help me, I received attitude. I requested a cup of meat for my 18 month old child in addition to the sandwich i was purchasing. She informed me should couldn’t do that. I said EVERY other Subway I have been to and requested it has given it to me. They charge me of course, but nope, this woman was not even going to entertain the idea. Then continued to give me attitude as I picked my toppings. I will NEVER eat at this Subway again and I will make sure all my friends and coworkers know not to as well!! Shame on you Subway!
