Online order for my birthday, I went inside to pick up and all he had to do was hand me the order but in front of other customers, the older gentleman making the sandwiches started complaining about the amount of addons the sandwich I had ordered, I played it off but this was competetly unacceptable to even have to comment especially in front of other strangers… hey buddy you have an issue with the amount of extras we can put in the sandwich then complain to the subway app developers, also filed complaint with corporate… I have million of views and never once had something this embarrassing happen…

Exceptionally rude. Ordered 12 sandwiches (2 separate orders of 6) on the app over 60 minutes before pickup (tried to schedule the day before, but the app doesn’t let you schedule until store is actually open day of). Got to the store and worker very rudely told me not to use the app and that he just received the order 2 min before I walked in and has other customers. I simply stated “okay, I’ll wait”, and worker stared me down multiple times, while stopping making sandwiches, and reiterated rudely that I should not use app (which I was trying to actually help the store because I ordered the 12 sandwiches via the app over 60 minutes ahead of time, so I wouldn’t clog a line).

I order a sub online for a Denver Subway and the order went to this store in Winter Park. Call this store to cancel and the Subway employee told me that he could not give me a refund and then hung up on me. After calling another store to get the Winter Park Subway manager’s number(##0-531-3367), I call him and he told me too bad and to stuff it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS AT ANY SUBWAY because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
