Orderd a ft long sub “the beast” and It didn’t have extra cheese and meat they made it like a regular sub then called to see about fixing the problem twice but no response also had to explain how to make the sandwich to someone that works there

As a local this is super annoying. I dont know how it’s so hard to learn to not put ingredients in the middle of a sandwhich so it can fold like a… you guessed it, sandwhich. It seems the employees would prefer to have attitude at the very start of your order and to lazily throw ingredients on literally in a pile. (Mind you I get meat cheese and 3 vegies. Im not overloading the sandwhich.) This is not a food cleanliness issue but it’s clear that there is a severe lack of management and care at this location so it leads me to assume the ingredients are not taken care of very well.

Ordered online which was nice/convenient. The owner is going through some struggles for staffing so they’re closing at 2:30 rather than 6. Not his fault but beware of that issue. Main complaint was that I got charged for a foot long meatball & moz sub when they only gave me a 6”. Check your pick up orders more closely before walking out the door!

Been in a few times. When I walked in today, young woman behind the counter was on her phone. Acted annoyed I interrupted her time. She walked to the counter, not saying a thing, I started to order and she said you have to order from him, young man who just came out of the back. He got my sandwich started, no problem whatsoever with him. She went to check me out and still, never said a thing.

I showed up at 6:58 and they wouldn’t let me in! The worker told me to go to City Market and buy ingredients to make a sandwich. Ridiculous! After reading reviews, I guess this isn’t uncommon. Such laziness.

This is the very best Subway I’ve been to. The employees care like no other store I’ve been to. They are meticulous and prompt. The gentleman with long braided hair and tattoos is the fastest, most efficient sandwich artist I’ve met, And I mean sandwich artist. Thanks guys. See you next visit!

Stopped in here for our second roadtrip. We had coupons to use but was told owner would not except coupons. We ordered anyway and the food was good. There was no sign on door to tell customers coupons not accepted. We plan on taking small bus tour this spring but will not patronize an establishment that does not honor its coupons. The real kicker to this story is that we held coupons in plain sight and the lady behind fixing our sandwich saw them because we were looking at them.When we approached the register to pay that’s when she told us owner doesn’t participate in coupons.
