Well, Subway’s subs are Subway’s quality, you know what you going to get, nothing can go wrong there. But the service at this location is even below the subpar Subway quality that you’d expect at a Subway lol, look at other reviews.
I totally understand being an employee at a big fast food chain sucks (limited pay, no benefit, horrible hours, etc.), no judgment there, I am actually blaming the operator/owner more than anyone. Train your employee, give them livable wages, improve working condition, be a human.
I’d rather go to a different sandwich shop, there’s many to choose, try a local one maybe, prices around this part of Colorado are the same, but you’d probably get a better quality sandwich and service going to local shop, or even Which Wich.

Came here for what was supposed to a fun, quick lunch, the customer service I just experienced was unacceptable, the lady that helped myself and my wife was incredibly rude, even going so far as to assume that I do not speak Spanish (my native tongue). She began to complain loudly to the others working about my request (I just asked for a side of olives) in Spanish, to the point that I uncomfortably noticed two other tables observing the whole exchange and commiserating that they had had a similar experience. I jumped on Google to look at their reviews and noticed someone else commented about rude employees 16 minutes before I posted this. We will not be recommending this location to friends or family in Summit. Expect to eat your lunch in your car in the parking lot like we did instead of dining in.

I had to say I wanted a foot long in white bread like 5 times because there was only 1 employee there and she didn’t speak English. I asked for tuna and she gave me ham instead. I didn’t notice because the window was blocked and I couldn’t see her making my sandwich. Even if she didn’t speak English, I don’t understand how you can mistake tuna with ham…the soda machine had no ice and the beverages were warm as hell, it sucked. Probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how you can have employees who don’t speak English in the US. It’s crazy and annoying. I also don’t understand how you can expect people to drink a warm soda on a hot day.

Food is good, but the workers here will keep people away. They’re rude. Owner needs to do something about it if it’s a franchise. Otherwise corporate needs to do something about it. And theres many complaints about this same topic.

HORRIBLE!
I will never stop at this location again.
The worker doesn’t understand any English and is rude. The way she started making the sandwich was straight trash, it looked like she balled up the meet and slopped it in there. I had to repeat each step of the order MULTIPLE times then she gets upset and tells me I need to learn spanish!?!? All while her big belly is hanging out while making food! Seems extremely unsanitary.
I will never ever stop at this location again!

FOOD POISONING!!! Not only was the staff rude, the bread was stale, they had no ice or diet soda but I also got food poisoning. The previous reviews about horrible staff are accurate. But food poisoning is unacceptable.

Just got a turkey sub, added veggies, did salt and pepper, and the sub literally tastes like a salt block. Along with the dining room smells like a bad sewage or plumbing issue. Owner needs to give this place some attention. The smell is rancid

Threw the sub away it was so salty.

What can be said about a dining establishment of this caliber?! Notes of this. Subtle hints of that. Flavors so robust that they transport you back to your time on the French Riviera.
No. None of that. It’s subway. No surprises here. Service was kind enough. Food was what you’d expect; cheap, bland and probably chuck full of preservatives. Subway; eat fresh-ish.
All that being said, here I am right now. Eating it.

I’ve tried ordering online from this location several times and they never seem to get my order right. Today I ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Wrap, with added Chipotle Sauce and a bag of chips. Thought it would be simple enough. They forgot to put chips with my order on the pick up shelf (for the third time in a row), and they didn’t even put steak on my wrap. Got halfway through before opening it to make sure. If I wanted just Egg and Cheese, I would’ve ordered that instead of spending $7 on a Steak, Egg, and Cheese.
You’re probably better just going in, telling them what you want, and watching to make sure they get it right. Or not at all since this sandwich also gave me food poisoning.
