I’ve tried ordering online from this location several times and they never seem to get my order right. Today I ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Wrap, with added Chipotle Sauce and a bag of chips. Thought it would be simple enough. They forgot to put chips with my order on the pick up shelf (for the third time in a row), and they didn’t even put steak on my wrap. Got halfway through before opening it to make sure. If I wanted just Egg and Cheese, I would’ve ordered that instead of spending $7 on a Steak, Egg, and Cheese.

This was a bad experience. Jackie (heavyset Hispanic women) helped clearly white customers In English but refused to assist me in English, even after I told her I don’t speak Spanish despite my Hispanic appearance. She was then difficult and rude the rest of the time, even malicious in making my sandwich after that. Ordering a sub, should not be a fight. She refused to tell me my total, it was weird and bizarre. I’ve never been discriminated against by someone of my own race before.

The last several times we have ordered was awful, ordered and paid for extra bacon, barely regular bacon. Never the correct vegetables on the order. So DON’T use the app, they’ll rip you off. And don’t bother to tip, they’ll still rip you off, especially if you are a regular customer.
