Annie made the sandwich and order for me. She was multi-tasking for a short period of time and so, was alone. But she operated with speed and intelligence. She had her head in the game. I went to this Subway to pick up my mobile order. The short blond girl messed up my order and gave me the worst attitude. I ordered an Italian herbs and cheddar bread, but she gave me a white bread. I didn’t choose lettuce but she put tons in my sandwich. I was waiting inside when she was preparing my sandwich. She burned my bread into charcoal. People with common sense will just toss that away and prepare a new one immediately. Shockingly, she was just standing there and staring at me angrily. I felt so funny and weird. Why she was not doing her job but looking at me. When she handed me my food, I asked for my receipt. She said “it got messy” and, without exaggeration, threw it to my face. Attached are the pictures of my mobile order receipt and my sandwiches for the record.
