I placed an order to pick up. I forgot to ask for extra lettuce in my order. So I walked back to the sandwich station and asked for lettuce on the side. They said no. I asked to put it in a cookie bag or to go container like the the salad container. The manager Jessica was unaccommodating, period. Awful person to encounter to be so stubborn over extra lettuce. I worked at subway for 2 years and never treated a customer like so. The owner here needs to reconsider how he or she trains its staff. Do better, I was gonna be a regular here. Just opened my sandwich and had to re edit and add a photo. This sandwich is so skinny btw. I ordered extra ranch and it was regular if any. I put my own ranch you see in this photo. This sandwich sucks. Won’t be coming back. So disappointing for first experience.

This location hires little kids who have no home training. Children who curse out the customer from behind the counter. I simply asked for a packet of mayonnaise! I asked for the packet because that condiment along with salt and pepper usually sits by the drink machine but unfortunately this location is too cheap to offer such.

The employees are okay but they’re so quiet and hardly speak/communicate. Even then, the men’s restroom is closed, the women’s has no toilet paper, they don’t have water cups, there is no napkin dispenser anywhere, you just get one napkin per sandwich. Also months ago when they had nachos, I asked them if I could have black olives on them because another location loaded up nachos for me with EVERYTHING they had, and this location told me no!!!!! There’s no way they get paid enough to say I can’t have a small scoop of black olives. We wanted to go to a different location but they’re both temporarily closed. Please, since the other ones in the area are closed, IMPROVE THIS ONE!!! Don’t shut it down with the others.

Date: January 24, 2926, Saturday, 1 PM Horrible customer service! There were two employees there today one female and one male. I ordered a veggie salad. They did not fill the bowl up and charged me $10. The female stated they didn’t have dressings, only the vinaigrette they use on sandwiches. The veggies were in large pieces so I asked her for a plastic knife to cut them up and she rudely stated “I already gave you fork.” and told me they no longer provide them. She would not cut the vegetables up for me so I had to use my fingers to tear them into pieces I could eat. I asked for a water cup and was told they no longer carry those either, no napkins with our orders nor any tea made either. Could not find a clean table. While eating in the restaurant with my husband the male employee went over to the door two tables from us and stood there holding the door wide open to do some “vaping” with the 5 degree air coming in and freezing us. We have gone to this Subway ever since they opened and always had good service! We hadn’t been here in about a year due to moving further north. I’m not sure if management or ownership has changed there but we will not be back nor recommending this place to our friends!!

Omg. Please go to another location. My partner and I ordered food from here last Saturday evening and it was the worst food we’ve ever had. NONE of the veggies we asked for were added, and my partners sub didn’t even have meat!!!! It ended up being soggy bread with a random olive here and there and random blots of sauce. Even when I sent the pics to door dash support they were shocked with how incorrect and just pure gross our sandwiches were. Whoever was working did this out of pure laziness. I’m in the service industry and I’d NEVER let food go out like this. If you hate your job that much, leave and let someone else do it correctly. Just save yourself the trouble and pick a different sandwich spot. Thank me later.

This used to be my favorite subway location. It had the best staff, and they would accept ANY coupon you brought in; expired, for a different chain entirely… It didn’t matter. Customer satisfaction was their only priority. Now, since a new owner took over the location, they don’t accept any coupons at all. They’d rather throw out the sandwiches they just made for you than accept a coupon. Monumental waste and a terrible customer experience. Sad to say I’ll never be back.

$18+ for a scimped sandwich, a bag of chips and a small soda? Now I understand why this place is dead. Sorry but for that price, frankly it’s insulting to be prompted to tip when paying. Ive been here 30 minutes and Im the only one sitting in the dining room. A few people have come and gone, but the employees even had time to take a break outside for awhile. I understand restaurants are struggling right now, but there’s no way I can justify spending almost $20 on lunch for myself when I can feed my entire family of six at home for less (and I’m not talking about Mac ‘n cheese or boxed meal garbage, we actually cook in our house) Sorry Subway, you’ve been a go-to for a long time now, but I can’t do it anymore.

This place is a rip off. On 7/20/2024 I ordered a foot long flat bread sandwich and instead of making the sandwich along the middle and folding it over like a flat bread the lady put everything at the bottom and rolled it up. When I asked about it they say that’s how they all make them now. Which is false because I called the 2nd and Union store to ask how they make it and even the employee at that location said they made me a wrap and not a foot long sandwich I asked for. Trying to speak calmly and have an adult conversation with these employees at this Jewell location is not an option for them. They are short, argumentative, abrasive and unprofessional. So, basically I was charged for a foot long flat bread and only got a 6 inch wrap. And they still lie and say that’s how all flatbreads are made at all subways. Do yourself a favor and a service by going to a different subway where you’ll get what you order and be treated like a human being.

Closest subway to my house but I’m constantly having to order from other locations. At least 2 or 3 times a month I try to order online for this location, but I get notified they’re out of *something*. Sometimes it’s cheese, sometimes it’s tuna, sometimes it’s veggies. Whoever is in charge of ordering for this location needs some help.
