On November 20th 2025 (last night) I arrived with my wife at roughly 2145hrs, as we pulled up there was someone (assumed customer) sitting in the establishment facing outward so, we decided to come in and order a sandwich and protein bowl, the young man (employee) huffed and puffed already set to have a disagreeable attitude stated “I only have 10 minutes let’s hurry up and try and get this done” this already set me to the side wondering why his attitude was so funky, as my wife placed her order and asked for double meat he grubled the whole time at one point audibly stating “now you want double meat I don’t have time for this” so I spoke up on hearing him asking “what is your issue” and what time do you close” he stated “2200hrs (10:00pm) my response ok we are here, and you have someone sitting in here, by law you close at 2200hrs and you server until then. He huffed mumbled some more then proceeded to take my order which I provided, when he prepared my bowl he acted as if the ingredients I asked for was to much, he placed my meat and cheese on the cover of the bowl and when he flipped it over to place the meat and cheese in the bowl, some of the ingredients fell out which he quickly scooped up by hand and placed in the bowl, of course I objected calmly at first but when he objected loudly stating “it’s ok and I’m not going to make another one” it sent me through the rough, enough was enough so when I clapped back telling him loudly it’s your job and if you had any objection with serving us you should have asked the other sitting customer to leave (who by the way wasn’t eating) and locked the door, and again by law you can but shouldn’t close for business until closing time, regardless we departed after informing him I will be reporting him (he mumbled something about his son and something else) that I couldn’t understand which was beneficial for him as his attitude was appalling and my reaction probably would not be the best, as we got in the car he did indeed lock the door but the other guy who was not an employee was still retained in the establishment. It must be stated I have been visiting this location for over seven years I personally haven’t had an issue and I’m known by other employees I also have great respect for service workers and had no intention of making his time harder, but no customer or person should be treated as he treated us.

Showed up at 9:45 to the door locked. Could see the woman behind the counter. Called and she ignored the phone. Opened the door about 5 minutes later and said they had a massive catering order. Was polite about it. Ordered my food and went to use a coupon. She pretended to honor it and charged me full. Left the receipt on the counter without a word and walked to the back. I grabbed the receipt and saw she didn’t honor the coupon and she proceeded to ignore me from behind the dish wall. Won’t be back. Which is a shame cause me and my coworkers have been going here for food (work in the same complex) for months.

Extremely rude people.
I came to order a sandwich advertised in their website and practically they refused. When I asked for their name refused to give me. Two very unprofessional workers.
That happened Wednesday February 4th 2026. I really expect an explanation and a reaction from Subway.
It’s a shame to keep this behavior.

So I see, it isn’t just me and my husband, this location just has problems with service. Tonight, he could’ve just said he was closing down, and we would’ve walked out the door. He didn’t need to have the attitude or treat us the way he did. I’m sick of the rudeness to be found at this location. There are Subway locations everywhere, save yourselves the aggravation, and choose any other location. Its not the first time we’ve been treated badly here, but it is the last time.

Heavier Caucasian lady needs to find a different job. She has terrible attitude every visit, and is never welcoming. The male and other female with glasses are the best workers in here for sure.

The last two visits to this Subway have been absolutely unacceptable. On one visit, I listened to two employees make disparaging remarks about first responders while making my sandwich. Completely unprofessional and offensive. Most recently, on 7/23/25, I arrived 20 minutes before closing after a long shift. The lone employee had already put ingredients away and clearly didn’t want to serve anyone. When I apologized for coming in late, he snapped, “I don’t want to hear it. If people were really sorry, they wouldn’t be here.” I nearly walked out then and there. Despite his attitude, I still left a $5 cash tip hoping to brighten his mood. Not even a thank you. I will never return to this location unless I find out that serious changes have been made. Management seriously needs to train staff on basic customer service and common courtesy. No customer should feel like a burden for simply walking through the door during open business hours.

Matthew or whatever his name needs to be fired!!!

We ordered our Subway sandwich through the app. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Matthew, as he introduced himself, was preparing our sandwiches. My girlfriend asked Matthew if he could add more banana peppers to her order. He responded by arguing with her, insisting that he had to follow the instructions on the receipt. Despite the receipt clearly stating a request for more banana peppers, Matthew counted out only eight and claimed that was the maximum amount he could add. My girlfriend questioned why he couldn’t add more, and he blamed his boss for the restriction. He repeatedly emphasized the importance of adhering to the receipt.

I explained to Matthew that I had worked at a Subway a long time ago and that if a customer requested extra ingredients, it would be acceptable unless it required additional charges. I assured him that I would inform the customer about the extra cost. However, instead of apologizing or cooperating, Matthew responded with a snarky and rude comment, claiming that I would no longer help him. Throughout the entire sandwich-making process, he remained rude and dismissive.

Matthew counted out only eight banana peppers, claiming that was the maximum amount allowed. When my girlfriend asked if she could pay for more, he refused, stating that he was done. He stormed off, leaving my girlfriend feeling bad for his coworker.

Matthew’s behavior was unacceptable, and I believe he should not be working in customer service or a customer-facing establishment. If you search for reviews of this Subway location, you’ll find that I’m not the only one who has had issues with this particular employee.

Furthermore, our sandwiches were subpar. It seemed like they had skipped out on essential ingredients, as other Subway locations serve much better sandwiches. We paid $35 for what felt like a half-sandwich in a foot-long.

After this terrible experience, I’m struggling to understand why I should continue to go to Subway. I’ve worked in retail and the service industry for over 40 years, and I’ve never encountered a more rude individual in my life. I strongly advise terminating this individual’s employment. However, it appears that in the past six months, he has been involved in multiple customer complaints. Despite these issues, he continues to work at the establishment, which I believe will prevent his termination. Consequently, my girlfriend intends to contact the establishment to seek a refund for the extremely unpleasant experience we had last night. I sincerely hope that no one else will ever encounter such a terrible situation.

Went into the store to correct the order as it was made incorrectly from door dash. When I tried to explain why my sandwiches were wrong the employee informed me that he remembered them and they were done correctly, I took the receipt and sandwiches in and he still was arguing. He then told me to get the “F” out of the store. I just informed him that I would have the other employee make my sandwich. When I was leaving the employee who told me his name was “Ben” came outside and threatened me.
