Would you travel 20 miles to eat at Subway? I would, I did, and I will again!
First off, it was the early 2000s when I last enjoyed a fast food meal; that is, until today! Today surprised the bleep out of me. I got home and started handing out sandies; but, I had to stop because I noticed how well-packaged each was. Seriously, we could’ve used them for hot potato and they would’ve stayed wrapped and intact. They were also individually labeled; legibly labeled even! Opening each up was like opening a present; and then, we saw the gifts. Each sandwich was properly formed to where: bread wrapped meat; meat wrapped cheese; cheese wrapped salad; salad wrapped dressings. The meats were juicy looking and properly prepared, and the veggies, at a fast food joint, I’ve never seen them look so fresh and crisp. Nothing was over or underdone. I was Goldilocks, baby; everything was just right! Every bite was fresh and crisp; and had a bite of everything the sandwich was supposed to be! Scarfed; we sat down, didn’t say a word, and just inhaled. It wasn’t pretty, but it happened. Megan made it happen, and it-was-good!
Megan was our “sandwich artisan”. I laughed at that title when I saw it online for the first time; but, now, I know of one person at any Subway that can make the claim of being a Sandwich Artisan. I had to call and personally thank her for giving me the unexpected: delicious, could’ve mistaken it for a wax model, fast food. Scoring full marks for fast food, ha, that’s a first for me. The 2 girls were to worried about what one of their friends were doing. Complaining about the large order we had when we were the only one in the store complaining they had to get new sauce bottles because we barley got what was left on the line. One of our worst experiences there.

The girl that was making our sandwhich was great and very friendly! but from the get go i noticed this other coworkers attitude and long face i think her name was maddie/megan not sure what her name was but while she was busy making an online order she was practically jumping on the worker that was helping me just to get her order done with. it wasn’t a problem if that’s just the way she is but she wasn’t watching where her clothes were landing and touched my food with her shirt i politely pointed it out and she seemed to have caught an attitude and started slamming/throwing around the lids of the ingredients. Not only this but she was chewing gum with her mouth open infront of the other sandwhich I feel terrible for whoever had to eat that 🙁 but prior to this I also saw her take care of another customer that was elderly and hard of hearing and practically started yelling at him and rushing him to choose some cookies out.

Was excited to try the gluten free bun as advertised by the website but they don’t have it as an option unfortunately.
Although I didn’t get what I initially went in for, the service was fantastic. Avery was working alone and had a rush of about 10 people. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and prepared our order perfectly. Will go back for my protein bowl anytime.

Sandwich was all wrong. No one has replied to complaint. Not even corporate office. My suggestion is to go to Jimmy John’s or firehouse. Hell even Jersey Mike’s is better than this place.

Ordered online, regular sandwiches nothing special. Neither sandwiches were cut and there was barely any toppings on either foot long we bought. Seems like they went through extra effort to put the least amount possible. Half of my sandwiches only had 4 black olives on it and just a few pieces of shredded lettuce. It also had no bacon on it at all. In person orders are fine but clearly they could care less about online orders being correct.. or even half way decent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently called to speak with the manager just to let them know they need to do food checks every hour because of the fact I got food poisoning from the teryaki chicken sandwich. Did not want a refund or anything and wanted them to know. She goes to put the owner on and didn’t mute the phone meanwhile hearing the owner say people don’t understand food poisoning and that it’s always misconstrued. Let me make something clear. I have worked in the food industry for YEARS. Do not say it’s misconstrued or misunderstood when I know for a fact I received food poisoning from this place and know what’s to come with it and from it and how. I simply was calling to let it be known that they should check their food and that was all but I will not be treated that way or told “behind my back” that I don’t understand. This place will never receive mine or my family’s business again.

Good service, friendly workers, fresh ingredients, clean, but over the past couple of years the bread has been getting smaller and becomes squashed to the point that I may as well order my sub on peta bread. The bread width used to be thicker and hold together better. Over all Subway subs are becoming less of a value for the money. Just my observation boss.
