I just recently posted a 4 star review for this store. Unfortunately, I now have to revise my review. This store jus raised their price by roughly $3.00 per sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable!! I definitely won’t be back to this store!!

I recently place an order online and the money pulled out of my bank but, I didn’t receive a confirmation. I called the store like other patrons have and was meet with an unprofessional worker, and then later an unprofessional franchise owner. The first employee hung up on me. I happened to also record the conversation between me and the owner who stated “well she was very busy” as an “excuse” for blatant disrespect. I also worked in customer service and the food industry and never acted like that especially as an “OWNER”. If they’ve treated their customers like this… I can only imagine how they care for the food they’re serving.

Placed an order online via Subways app. It charged my card, but kept going in circles on if it was processed or not and what my luck up time was. I called to verify it was processed and that they understood my directions. The lady who answered with a thick accent was very unprofessional and condescending. I told her there was no need to be rude and she hung up on me.

To the guy with ear piercings and tattoos in charge in charge of the young boy that’s working here and the young gentlemen needs to know what’s up. The morning/afternoon shift of 6/17/2024. The older guy in his 40’s with the piercings and tattoos kept trying to tell my wife what he heard her say and that if f she wanted a tuna sandwich she should have emphasized that first. The guest around us heard her as well, not just us. This brat of a grown man is really out here telling customers that they’re wrong for his mistakes. There were four people in line and it was not that busy for 3 workers I could see on the clock. There is no reason to be disrespect my wife and making her feel like less for a SANDWICH, in a public space. He needs to find a new job behind closed doors because he does not even have the decency or respect to be in customer service. This community is small and my family and I won’t be the only people not returning because of him. Terrible example for those kids working their first jobs. They looked so embarrassed and scared to speak up. What a shame. This is Denver Colorado USA and we are still letting people like this work in our communities and disrespect our family and loved ones. Disgusting. He was on one.

This is the best Subway in the area! Great food that actually looks like the ads and a great staff that actually knows what they are doing to boot. Jay was amazing and she was able to handle my rather large order and those before me rather quickly and with care whilst also walking me through my options despite being the only one working. Reminded me of what Subways should be. There’s a location right down the road from where we live, but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go get proper sandwiches from this specific location any day over our local store. Well done!

Terrible. The guy with the artificial red hair dye, is BEYOND delusional. He’s supposed to be here to listen, and make customers experience easy and smooth. I’m a regular here from the doctors offices around the block and am disgusted by how he is treating customers. He didn’t just speak back to me today, but he spoke back to the women in line too, telling them “NO YOU NEVER ASKED FOR THAT” when they ask for something he missed. I asked him for bacon on my sandwich and he said “it doesn’t come with that sorry” uhhhhh YOU CAN ADD IT hello?! Another customer asked him why his sandwich was being skipped and he said “cause it’s lunch rush”
As a healthcare professional who also takes part in customer service I would NEVER speak back to anyone this way. If you’re not happy, it’s time to move on so that the people looking over your parents, friends, and family can get back to work focused and ready. Not typing a long review about how badly this grown mans behavior is. Will never come back as long as he is here.

I went here for lunch, I felt fine before, and now I’m home over the toilet because the chicken tasted funny. The cheese was creamy, and it was supposed to just be pepperjack. I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning and will not return to any subway again, let alone this one. The floor was gross, and the staff hardly spoke so you could hear them. I’ve been questioning it every time I’ve eaten here if it was worthwhile, but this experience just cealed that this location just doesn’t keep up with the produce and doesn’t care about anyone who eats here.

I show up and nobody is at the counter. Takes about 45 seconds for someone to even come to the front. When she does, instead of greeting me, the immediate first thing she says is “all we have is 6 inch white and 6 inch wheat”. So I say, if I want a foot-long, I can just do two 2 inch whites, correct? And she says, no it would have to be a 6 inch white or a 6 inch wheat. What the hell is that about? Horrible customer service. First time in this location, and will be my last.
