Thanks for bringing me back to Subway. After a disaster at another store 7 mos. ago, with zero reparations from corporate or franchise owner, I essentially vowed to never go to Subway again—and was perfectly content until I found this store the other day and decided it’s been long enough.

The guy seemed a bit stressed out (wait until real life, kid), but other than that, this was almost like old times. Also, in that time, the entire menu apparently reverted back to old sandwich names, which made life SO MUCH easier.

Also, the prices shot up even more.

So, I will ONLY eat at Subway if I can get a normal price using online promo codes or something. $13 for cheap “Italian” meat and bread (this isn’t expensive stuff) is hilarious to me; not gonna happen. I could only get the price down to $9 after tax thanks to some app “special”, but whatevs for now.

Regardless, the sandwich was so good and I’d missed the flavors. Had to leave a small note of thanks.

This location is terrible and I would not recommend it. The heavy set lady making the sandwiches seemed inpatient and extremely rude with customers. She needs better training or find another job where she doesn’t interact with customers at all. I definitely won’t be back to this location and will not recommend them.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Placed my order for pick up at 10:30 am got an email that my order was almost ready went inside and the girl working had not even started the order. She told me she had just tried calling me to tell me they had no salami but yet I had no missed calls from subway. She then told me she could make my sandwich without it or cancel my order. I asked if she could put extra meet of something else and she told me no that it was out of her hands because she was not able to call her manager because she is on sick leave. So yes I am a little upset that you can not provide me with the proper amount of meat for a 12 dollar sandwich. I was told I was being hostile and that I needed to wait in my car. They were also out of the cheese bread we ordered you have been open for an hour and a half how are you out of all this already. I am a paying customer and to be treated like I am some criminal and ask me to wait in my car is bs. Then when I asked the girl for her name she said read my name tag asked how am I supposed to read it when I have been asked to wait outside. She threatened to cancel my order several times it is sad that this is how the customer service industry is anymore. If you care about your business then train your employees properly and have procedures in place for when you run out of food. I was also told if she makes my sandwiches there will be no refund when I never asked for one.

Arrived at 0910 on 11/8/25 for a breakfast sandwich but the store was closed. Lights were off and no one was inside or setting up.

By far, the worst fast food experience we have ever had. First, we go in to pick up our order ahead. The drinks and chips were not with our order, so the kids working told us to grab them. They very clearly had an attitude and seemed to feel burdened by having customers. Then we got home with our food. We ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies. Two of the cookies we got were not chocolate chip and had nuts in them. One sandwich was completely wrong with incorrect ingredients. The other sandwich was obviously cut with a dirty knife, as it had tomato sauce all over where it was cut. There was only two people, who appeared to be high schoolers, working with zero adult supervision. Highly suggest going to a different Subway.

Did not have a choice of bread as they only had wheat. Then when we got home to eat it the bread was dry and hard like it was left over from the day before. Worst I’ve ever experienced at a Subway.

Every time I go in there, there’s this kid with a multicolored mullet, who is never focused and he always does a really poor job in spreading vegetables spreading cheese out. He puts it all in the middle and doesn’t understand that that’s not how anyone wants to eat a sandwich. He’s constantly talking to people and overall just wasting time. I won’t return to this location of which I’ve been a regular of for years. since their new switch in ownership, it has gone completely downhill. Don’t recommend

This Subway is really disappointing. The toaster has been broken for two months now, and instead of fixing it, they’ve resorted to microwaving everything. The result? A soggy, bland sandwich that’s just not worth the money. It’s hard to even call it “fresh” when the whole thing comes out limp and wet. Honestly, it’s pretty gross, and it seems like no one cares enough to get a simple toaster fixed.

On top of that, prices have shot up drastically here, especially when you compare this location to the Subway down the road. You’re paying more for food that’s worse – microwaved sandwiches at that. It just feels like they’re trying to take advantage of customers while giving them less in return.

The real issue, though, is the management. I don’t know what happened, but this place is falling apart, and it’s clear that leadership is failing. It’s clear that the problems at this location aren’t about the employees or the current manager, Mat, who’s doing his best given the circumstances. The real issue lies higher up. If the higher-ups cared about the quality of their stores, they’d be fixing the toaster, addressing the price hikes, and making sure the store was properly managed. Instead, it feels like they’re just sitting back while everything falls apart.

The store used to be much better under the previous manager, Connor, but now there’s just a sense of chaos. I’m not sure what direction they’re going in, but it’s definitely not the right one.

I walked in last week, and there was an older couple in front of me who were yelling because their sandwiches weren’t toasted. I could hear them complaining about the prices and how everything was cold. It’s awkward watching employees take the heat for problems that clearly aren’t their fault. The workers were trying to stay calm, but it’s tough when the basics aren’t even being handled properly.

If you’re looking for a decent Subway experience, this is not the place to go. Bad sandwiches, high prices, and poor management

I used to come here regularly, but with the prices going up and the lack of basic maintenance, I can’t recommend this location anymore. If the upper management doesn’t step in soon, I don’t see how this store will last much longer.

I just spent 40+ minutes waiting for 2 6 inch subs because an employee was completely alone at 8pm with loads of orders and subs. I spoke with the gentleman named Joe and he was very kind to me, I feel very bad for him.

I spoke to him a lot while we waited for him to finish 4 foot longs for a moblie order and he expressed that the person before him insisted on leaving at 7pm which caused us to wait a crazy amount of time for a plain turkey sub and meatball sub.

As someone who had been a general manager of a sub shop for years, this is disgusting management issues. The lettuce was pure butt ends that are supposed to be cut off, the store is riddled with ants. This kind young man had absolutely no help, he expressed the last employee didn’t help him at all before he left which is gross mismanagement from whoever “owns” this store.

This is in no way Joe’s fault, he is working under a lazy and inconsiderate manager that clearly doesn’t know how to help his employees let alone run a store. I feel very bad for the current employees here and I hope that their situation gets better.

I used to frequent this place but recently I’ve been noticing the quality drop off significantly. All of a sudden the toaster stopped working, and the fountain drinks stopped working and they seem to consistently be out of something. The service is the only thing that seems to remain the same, everyone who works here is very kind and always ready to help with an order. But I don’t think I’ll be back until someone takes ownership of the place. I can tell the owner doesn’t know what they’re doing
