Came here on a Saturday afternoon for Lunch. Absolutely the worst subway I have been too. They only have wheat bread, limited protein options, and the veggies all looked like they had been sitting out too long. Not to mention lettuce, onions, or tomatoes weren’t an option. My husband asked for onions and was given the juice on his sandwich. Also, no drink options. The soda machine had “no” stickers on all the options and the cooler was completely empty. Very disappointed.
After getting to my destination and starting to eat my sandwich I noticed that the grilled chicken was still freezing cold and the cheese was still in whole pieces. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. Only ate it because I’m 5 months pregnant and was absolutely starving… but extremely unhappy.

By far the best subway in a 20 mile radius. Sandwich doesn’t feel skimpy, looks amazing, and the employees were so warm and welcoming like this was a real passion for them. I got the meal of the day as a footlong. It was fantastic! Thank you!

It is 1:16. Some would consider this still a lunch rush. 1 poor lady working. I come here often. 2-3x a month and it’s the same thing always. Whoever owns this should be ashamed and maybe spend some time in their store to make sure it is being managed correctly.

This has been the second time I’ve picked up at this location and there is a language barrier at this restaurant. I ordered a meatball sub with extra provolone and salt pepper and oregano. The other sub was a turkey cheese olives. The gal added olives to the meatball sub. I had her pull them off. I feel you need to be able to understand orders had we just picked up the order would have been wrong and my husband cannot have olives. What can to do for us? Thank you

I don’t know why they think it is acceptable to wrap my sandwich with the wrapper inside of the sandwich, but the last couple times I have been there the man working the afternoon shift lays the sandwich flat, tops it, cuts it in half open face, and then wraps it all while the sandwich lays open face resulting in me peeling a soggy wrapper from the inside of my sandwich when I get to where I am going. Also the way he wraps it in the wrapper results in a good portion of the end being unwrapped and dropping bits of the sandwich all over the place. I’m frankly sick of this and I cannot believe that he does it every single time I go here. I will not be returning until something is done about this.

Worst experience I have ever had. I come in 15 before 8 to the rudest staff woman I have ever met. I come to the line and she asks me in a condescending tone, “how many sandwiches” i said one foot long. She rolled her eyes at my sandwich order. And sure I got the garlic bread but I wanted to try it before it was gone! She tells me how gross the garlic bread is as she destroys the bread with butter and cheese going on with, “this is clogged arteries waiting to happen” I have never been so embarrassed in my life. The whole time I feel like a waste of space and here I thought maybe they are about to close or something. No. They close at nine. Now the sandwich. It was disgusting. There was so much butter you could see it through the bread. All i could taste was garlic no other part of the sandwich. So i was humiliated and didn’t get a good meal, and as i leave the store, the woman who helped me rushes out to smoke a cigarette. When she walked to the door she said “better get one in before somebody ELSE comes in.” I am mortified. She should not be in customer service.

I am getting the impression that the OWNER of this business does NOT care at all about his/her business. Every time I visit this place, there is only ONE person that works here. And that ONE person that works does not speak English and does not know how to use the Register. It seems like the Owner assigns a non-English speaking person to work with absolutely NO training. Couple of times I visited Subway with a coupon of “2 Footlongs for $13.99”, that comes in the mail along with King Soopers paper, and it NEVER seems to work. Today, I went to Subway and showed the lady the couple before ordering and she said “yes, no problem”. Therefore, I ordered 2 Footlongs as advertised and when she made both 2 footlong sandwiches, she rung up and it came out to $32.00 and rejected the coupon. I tried asking and explaining about the coupon and she couldn’t respond back because of the language barrier. I got the impression that the Owner hires a Non-English speaking staff for this reason thinking that customer will pay $32.00 for 2 Footlong when the coupon clearly says 2 Footlong for $13.00. That is purely Pathetic and Shameful on the Owner of this establishment. I told the lady, “No, I am not paying $32.00 for 2 Footlong Sandwiches” and decided to walk out. I was not planning on falling for the Owner’s TRAP. Mind you, she already made the two sandwiches which she will end up throwing it away because I was not about to spend $32.00 and fall for that idiotic trap. That is a total loss for the business and the Owner. If this keeps up, I just might visit more often and follow the same process until they accept the coupon as advertised. Imagine, the amount of sandwiches they will end up throwing away because they refuse to accept the coupon as advertised. NOT TOO SMART.

Cookie has been eaten then put back in the cook tray for sale . Also saw a homeless man come out the bathroom and he looked very dirty and disgusting. Very unhealthy. Veggies looked dry. Place was dirty.

Not only was store 81°, but there was no drinks at all, no lettuce, no bacon,and the staff didnt speak English very well. Paid over 30 bucks for two regular sandwiches and 6 inch kids.
