I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of my subs from this shop. I’ve been able to order online multiple times always with accuracy. The young and friendly crew at this location has really turned my outlook on subway around lately. Best subway around!

Not great customer service. Rude talking back to customers. When they need to serve us not be disrespectful and completely rude. They need to get restrained on customer service. Learn to make sandwiches better. I will not come back. Until they get there act together

I had the best service ever at the subway. I had a wonderful sandwich ; the buffalo chicken. It was so very fresh and tasty. A young man, Isaiah, who was very friendly and courteous suggested toppings for the sandwich. The chocolate cookies and the cheesecake cookies were excellent, tasty fresh and soft. The jalepeno bread was really good. His coworker Rihanna also assisted with our sandwiches , and she was very friendly. These young people have a lot of responsibility and seemed to take it very seriously. They were very busy cleaning and putting things away. At times when you go to fast foods restaurants, the tables and flours are all dirty ; but that was not so at this facility.
My granddaughter also had a sandwich and it was made to perfection.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet the music wasn’t blaring.

I’ve had ongoing issues with the accuracy of my set removal order at this location. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect once again. I attempted to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone, and I didn’t have the time to visit in person. Despite giving the location a second chance, the issue persisted. I also tried calling again to have the matter resolved, but the phone appeared to be off the hook for over two hours. I’ve always enjoyed Subway, and I appreciated the convenience of this nearby location, but due to repeated issues and lack of communication, I will no longer be returning.

I took a break fm Subway for a while and this is what I came back to (photo). I’m not sure when making a sandwich became so difficult but it evidently is for some. Maybe subway should spend less on celebrity commercials and more on operational execution.

After a morning of touring the Thornton area with my parents, we stopped in at this Subway for a quick lunch, and it was exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff made the experience smooth and pleasant.

Literally we ordered delivery driver couldn’t figure out where our building was when we get the order we didn’t have our drinks or my daughters kids meal tried to call the store 6 times and no answer just a little disappointing as I paid for something and didn’t receive it!

The young man and woman working here were fast, professional and polite. That’s all l want from a subway. This isn’t as busy as the others in Thornton. The breakfast wraps are actually pretty good too although most folk have no idea they are an option.

It was a clean store with fast service. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to eat a fast food cheeseburger so this was a better option. I’m not a huge fan of subway but it’s convenient and a healthier choice than a lot of the other quick options. This store seems to have their stuff together.
