My brother and I ordered online on May 2, and we picked it up around 8:00 pm. Both of our sandwiches barely had any chicken and sauce. I called them and they said they could remake the sandwich, but I didn’t really have time to go back and get it remade. I asked them for a refund but they said they would have to talk to management. I didn’t get a response back from them so I hung up. It’s very disappointing because we’re both regular customers there and usually there would have been no problem with the sandwiches during the afternoon.

Ordered delivery. The Uber guy came spoke no English not is fault. Order was wrong. Payed for double meat sandwiches and cokes. It did not happen! When I call them the girl said what do you want me to do! I say your job! Rude brat! She said she had a line and she could remake them and I could come and get them. I said the reason for delivery was I did not have a car! She said what do you want me to do. Your job!

If you want what you ordered and paid for do not go to this location. We ordered 2 subs online, one was missing the avocado, which we paid $2.50 extra for, and the other was missing cheese. The employees have one job and yet they are still incapable of doing it right. Guess we should have gone with Firehouse Subs.

Not too bad for Subway. You know what you are getting when you enter their restaurant. The service is good, never had any issues with the employees. They are very polite. I asked if the new tipping option on the card reader actually gets to the employees and it does.
