Stood there for 10 minutes in an empty store while the woman working made what I can assume to be a full family’s mobile order since she didn’t say anything whatsoever and then afterwards still standing there ready to order she walks over looks at me apparently cant talk to me over the music in her earbuds and then proceeds to start pulling out multiple footlongs. Just left at that point. Magically learned how to use her voice and then told me to have a good day

My wife and I went last Friday on 2/13. Stef’s behavior was unprofessional and absolutely inappropriate. We could not understand most of what she was saying because she mumbled every question about how we wanted our sandwiches made and then became frustrated when we asked again since we couldn’t hear her the first time. Side note: she didn’t even toast my wife’s bread all the way. She stopped the oven after only 10 seconds which DEFINITELY affected the quality of the food. At checkout, she just asked, “sandwiches?” and I was so confused until my wife realized she meant she was asking us if we just wanted the sandwiches or a meal. I pulled out a coupon and she very rudely told us “we don’t take coupons. Do it for online orders.” and just stared at us until we could finally decipher what she was saying. The coupon SPECIFICALLY says that they were not eligible for online orders, which is the only reason that we decided to order at the counter in the first place. I have used coupons at this store before and have been served by great people, up until today. I paid using a gift card and she said, “it went through but there’s 13 left.” I thought she meant 13 DOLLARS, since she didn’t specify whether it was dollars or cents, and she just gave us a blank empty-minded stare until we figured the math out on our own. We asked if she could give us the original total again to make sure we had things right and she just laughed and said “oh I forgot!” I tapped my card for 13 cents, took the food and left. When we got home, the bread tasted stale and the sauce was sour. Couldn’t even fill the survey out on the receipt because this store does not appear on Subway’s site. Will definitely be reaching out to corporate/store manager because this was a complete waste of a gift card, time, and energy.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for years and it used to be a treat. I’d save up the $12 to go get a sandwich and a soda after school, walk here, and leave feeling full and happy.
But today made me very disappointed in this Subway. I was so excited to use my 20% off coupon on the app and ordered my regular subway order that I get all the time. But when I unwrapped the paper, I was faced with something that just looked like a dry crusty loaf of bread with barely anything inside.
What was supposed to be an Italian BMT with 2x cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, mayo, and creamy sriracha was instead a thin log of sadness. In the pictures attached, you can already SEE how disappointing it was. But you do not know how disappointing it tasted.
Yes, in a moment of weakness and hunger, I did eat this sandwich. It felt like I was eating the thin Mickey Mouse bean sandwich. I ate the whole thing, but the ends were just bread. No fillings or nothing. Just dry stale italian herbs and cheese that had probably been sitting there since morning.
And so, it’s my duty to go and inform the public about this injustice and hopefully inspire this Subway to change for the next time I will be here. Subway has been increasing its prices and decreasing in portion size and quality and it’s simply just not right. If I’m paying extra for my sandwich, at least make it a damn good sandwich.

Normally I love going to subway but this time was the worst experience ever. I ordered online did 4 different sandwiches, whatever. my sandwiches came with the wrong bread, none of the toppings that I added, BARELY any meat and cheese! Had to literally add my own veggies, mayo and mustard to the sandwich! If I wanted to make my own sandwich for the day I wouldn’t have spent 40$s !

BE SURE TO LET THE STAFF KNOW YOU HAVE A COUPON!!! Went in this establishment with a coupon from the SUBWAY Coupon Flyer that comes in your mailbox. Apparently Subways have their own individual fine print that is not listed on the Subway coupons. And they will not honor the Coupon unless the customer goes by the individual Subway fine print rules. My coworker and I spent a total of 39.30 on lunch that should have only been about 21.00 with coupon.

The clerk Ahveair was very rude and said I can only have 6 onions on my sandwich that I paid $21 dollars for. Now my wife and I go hungry for a day or more. That was dinner and lunch for her job. I’m depressed and I have SO MUCH mental anguish it’s not even funny. Not EVER have I went to Subway and get told you can only have a certain amount on your sandwich. At first I thought it was a joke but to my surprise it wasn’t. Something needs to be done about this whole situation ASAP!!!

Horrible customer service. Didn’t have half the items for a sandwich that they advertised. Complaining about having to warm up the meat when we didn’t want the bread toasted. Also didn’t have the right sauce for the sandwiches. Rude ppl.

Sad when you go in to order a sandwich (chicken and bacon ranch) and the cheese that is advertised with the sandwich is not an option. I asked for the grilled chicken and was told it would be more……I ended up walking out with out completeting my order. I’ve always had problems with this location but decided to give it a try hoping it would be better since the other one new me closed. Guess ill have to drive a ways if I want subway
