This is probably the worst subway. They never have things in stock. Ordering online doesn’t account for their inventory. So you’re always disappointed going in there finding out you don’t have everything on your sandwich and no chips available. Absolutely ridiculous. Be better. Spending $50+ on crap from here and they don’t have anything you ordered.

Accidentally ordered to this location instead of my usual location and this location is terrible! Go to a different Subway instead. My sandwich was not made very well, my cookie was super stale, and they were out of one of their only diet/zero sugar soda options.

Save yourself some time and drive to a better Subway location than this one!

We were just trying to order food and the female manager started yelling at us for what we wanted. We started ordering and had a question on a sub and she was rude and frustrated with us. My mother asked her not to be rude to us and she yelled that she had been super busy for the last 3 hours and was just trying to get caught up.

She then stepped around the corner and started yelling at her associate to be on time and that they needed to get a hold of another associate to get there.

There was just my group (3 people) and 1 other person checking out.

Absolutely would not recommend going here because they are unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills.

The reason I’m writing this review is because I don’t want you to be treated the way I was. I went to eat with four other friends, and the girl who served us was very rude, throwing the dishes around and raising her voice as if she were scolding us. She looked frustrated and angry. Terrible attitude and service — I do not recommend this place at all.

Had placed an online order for 2 sandwiches which i waited for over 30 minutes for when the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. They had given us the wrong bread and one of the sandwiches was ripped open from one side making it difficult to eat the sandwich. Going to choose Firehouse subs from now on.

OK, I ordered a $12. Sub called THE MONSTER from subway for pick up. I picked it up for my lunch and must say this is NONSENSE! You could have just told me to take $12 and throw it in the trash. Then at least I would not waisted gas to get to subway. WHAT A JOKE! Really liking the overpriced new menu guys. Just order the Cold cut combo at least you know there will be more meat…
Just Go to Jersey Mikes across the lot, way better and now its cheaper..

I placed an online order for four subs early in the day at the Subway on W 64th Ave, and everything was ready right on time. Each sub was made exactly to order, neatly packed, and absolutely fresh. I had the turkey sub, and it was excellent—the meat and vegetables were very fresh, the bread was soft and warm, and the balance of ingredients was just right. The whole process was smooth and convenient, and the staff clearly cares about quality. One of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Show up at 1045. I was the Only person in the store still had to wait ten minutes until i was even help. Was charged 18$ dollars for a foot long Philly, chips and regular drink. No extra meat, nothing! Do yourself a favor and go to jersey Mike’s 30′ feet away. Definitely not worth the price or wait. Also, there was one girl working all by herself. The girl working complained and made me feel guilty for even ordering my food. Keep in mind im the only one in the store. Weird experience that I’ll avoid in the future.

My 4 kids (8and under), myself and my husband decided to go to Subway (my sons favorite restaurant) today after going to the dentist. When we walked in a youngish woman practically barked at us “how many sandwiches in total?” no hello, or hi. We told her five 6in and 1 footlong. The five 6in were all black forest ham and american cheese and three of those fiver literally only had mayo. The footlong was a subway club and the other two 6inches had minimal toppings. We all got the same bread to make it easier. This employee was visibly annoyed and let us know that “this time” she would make the sandwiches for us, but next time we want to order this many sandwiches we will need to call “early in the morning” so she can make sure they are ready for us. I understand that 6 sandwiches is kind of alot and we try to use online ordering when we can. It was a spur of the moment choice and no other fast food place has every made me feel bad for ordering our food. There was another employee there who was slightly older and she was very kind.
