Lady working right now with red hair and piercings needs an attitude check. If you don’t like your job go do something else. Slapping all the meat and cheese on the sandwich for no reason and too lazy to get more ingredients!!!! The person behind us ordered pickles with the other employee and he happily went and got more for them after she told us they were out. We will never return to this store and such a shame because we live so close. Seriously you make sandwiches, it’s not that hard

Red hair, long nail lady making sandwiches must be confused. Maybe she’s new to having hands. Perhaps she could also read better if her lashes weren’t in her eyes. She’s worried about being dressed to impressed and we just want the food we pay for. I had a very simple order and somehow the person behind me still ended up paying and leaving before I got my sandwich. There’s 4 people behind the counter and my food still ended up in the wrong bag. Also easily the sloppiest sandwich ive ever had for someone who took their time to make it. they had a steady flow of customers but they weren’t swamped to I don’t understand the issue.

I can’t express enough how I love this place they are so down to earth. The manager is amazing and super sweet! Handles every situation with care and passion. I will not go anywhere else to get a sub, this is my to go to place.

Please if something is wrong. Just let them know don’t yell or go off. Especially if you order through the app. The app itself doesn’t not register sometimes to what you want. Please be kind and treat them with respect. Thank you so much for all you do! Especially management. Plus staff is learning and there kids.

Ordered via UberEats. Sent stale wheat bread, old cheese and no tomatoes on a footlong veggie sub. Called to speak with the manager, had to leave a message because the manager wasn’t in, but manager hasn’t responded/called. Probably not going to call because she’s the one who messed up my order! The male I spoke with let me know the manager was the one working when my order was made. Just horrible. NEVER again. Unless you can go in person to ensure freshness and correctness of your order, don’t buy from this Subway location. Better off buying the ingredients from a grocery store and making it yourself. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered a two subs today and asked for Provolone cheese. Was told they were out but I pointed to the Provolone cheese and she told me they were saving it in case there were online orders. I was surprised that I was physically there and there was several slices of cheese but I couldn’t get any in one of the subs.

I paid $36 for two sandwiches with chips and drinks. I asked clearly my sandwich to be cut into 4. My sandwich was not small do cutting in half will only make the sandwich fall apart as it is being eaten. When I told the person who made the sandwich that it was not cut and after waiting for her to go the manager to tell me that they only cut in half. I asked for a refund because I have a sandwich that is going to fall apart and I never have been told at any Subway that they don’t add two more cuts. I then get told that they are not going to refund me the money I spent because the sandwiches was made as ordered so there is not refund. I would not come back to this location ever again.

Not feeling good about this restaurant right now. I ordered through the app yesterday and they messed up the order. The sandwich was missing tomatoes and when I called them, they told me to return the sandwich so that they could remake the order. I was already at work and couldn’t return at that time. I said that I would take a picture of the sandwich, but apparently that wasn’t enough.
Moral of the story, check your order before you leave the restaurant.

I didn’t catch his name, but the young gentleman worker at this location around 7 PM today gave the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was super friendly and helpful, and what really stood out was how kindly he treated my mom. She usually gets shy and has me order for her because she thinks no one speaks Spanish — but he gently let her know that he spoke Spanish too, and it completely made her feel comfortable.

He also took the extra step to label our sandwiches with a sticker and let me know so we could tell them apart. Just an overall amazing experience — thank you for making our visit so pleasant. Subway needs more employees like him!
