Ivonne was very snippy. We walked in and I ask how she was doing, completely ignored that so I began my order. I would ask and she would snap back an answer. When my sister ordered she immediately was very short with her. She asked to order the protein pocket and was told it comes as is. No problem but she was very reluctant to let my sister order the extra veggies she wanted on the side so she can add them herself later. She need to be restrained in customer service cause it felt like an inconvenience for us to be there, as if she had something more important to do rather than her job

The worker looks like they dont like their job asked to change a cheese type and got annoyed and right away said you can’t substitute anything and just made the items I ordered without asking anything. I won’t come here again and advise friends and family to avoid this location.

Genuinely the worst service ever in any subway in the area, I usually order online and am used to being ignored but the staff behind the counter having to wave them down to get my order because they have no pickup counter. However, the times I have tried to order in person I feel rushed to choose the next item on my sandwich as every staff member seems to be annoyed at the fact I am there even if no one else is in the shop.

My last, and this will be my last visit, I tried to order something different and try to order the $6.99 meal of the day( usually I get a regular foot long) and made the mistake of adding and extra cheese, I was not informed at this beginning stage of the sandwich process that it would change the price and was led to believe I was getting the $6.99 meal of the day until the end of the process where I had to pay more because of one simple change that I could have been warned about. This led me to having to go and get change as I can in hoping to the the meal of the day with the cash I had on hand, when I asked if it was okay to do so I was look at with a bit of disgust and annoyance from the staff behind the register and I felt a bit embarrassed.

I want to emphasize this behavior does not only come from the staff but what seems to be the manager as well.

They force customers to buy something to use the restroom, however I did see the manager excitedly greet a customer by name and offer the bathroom key no problem when asked without them buying anything so it seems there are exceptions.

TLDR
THE STAFF HERE ARE VERY RUDE, WANT YOUR MONEY JUST TO USE THE RESTROOM, AND DONT EVEN WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS

Placed an order thru the app to get delivered and called because it was taking for ever and I live like 4 blocks away. They don’t answer the question then I hung up and it kept going to voicemail. Like do your job at your job. It’s a sandwich shop you’re not in the army and everything needs pin point attention or something will happen. Imma keep going cuz it’s by my house but I’m never afraid to put someone in their place play with me in person.

I order two wraps and kids sandwich.. I was given a plain 6in wheat bread wasn’t even asked if I wanted veggies or cheese on it plain with just the ham.. second I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and wasn’t even wrapped. Where the Buffalo sauce and where the chicken?? Very disappointing cause it’s our neighborhood subway.

Toaster oven and bread oven has been broken for over a year! Service is not good! The best subway closest is at Fairbanks and Rushing!

I went here to get a subway and first they didint put one i ordered 3 gave me 2 and then i put toasted bread but it was old and cold super hard and then they put shredded chiken when i ordered grilled they did everything wrong terrible customer service

I’m not doing this again. Ordered a steak and cheese but you wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at it. It was mostly just the toppings.

Update: I ordered for delivery through the app on October 12th, normally it comes from a good location but this time it was this location. They canceled my order because someone stole it before the driver could pick it up and they wouldn’t remake the order but kept my money anyways. Still the worst location!

Ordered food on 9.8.24 and ate in the store. A guy came out the back without a beard guard on and hair hanging out of his hat that would have required a hair net- there wasn’t one on. At this point it was too late- our food was ordered and paid for. One of the sandwiches had a (black, longish) hair in it- the employee who made our order (tight cut reddish brown) got ahold of the manager who said to go in the next day. The next day she refused to do anything stating I should have brought the sandwich back- I told her we ate there and the employee who made the sandwiches (not his hair) saw us throw that half sandwich with try hair and other 1/4 away cuz who wants to eat that? Called the owners Tuesday and they were supposed to call me back. Today- 17 days later- I called them back and got hung up on. I called back and she states they’re having issues with their phone lines. That’s too convenient. She then proceeded to say they have to get ahold of the manager to get her side of the story- shouldn’t you already have down this two weeks ago and called me back??? She then proceeded to tell me they do not give refunds only replacements. Who wants to eat there when you don’t follow food service protocol??? When there’s hair in between the cheese slices? Who knows what’s going on in the back that you can’t even see. I highly suggest staying away from here and FYI the same owners own the one o Fairbanks took, I’m not sure of others. I will be going to Jersey Mikes (ones coming to NE EP) or Firehouse subs.

Update to prior bad experience. I sent a coworker to get a sandwich and forgot to earn her about this location. MyClub sandwhich is missing roast beef and has more mustard than toppings. They will not answer their phone or take coupons. Negative stars. The only positive is that they are consistent in how bad they suck!!

Ordered the monster steak and cheese. Was charged for bacon but didn’t receive it, and there was little to no meat on the sandwich. Dry bread with excessive mayo. I tried to call, but there was no answer on 3 attempts. Fairbanks’ location is worth the drive for a better quality sandwich!!
