Employees are weird and antisocial don’t acknowledge you. They look at the floor when you greet them they don’t greet you back just ask what you want. Then rush through your order barely add ingredients you have to ask to put more so your not eating a bread sandwich. I hate the service.

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:30 PM. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I asked about it and was told they were working on it. The employees went to the back and left my sandwiches sitting out. I let them know I was still waiting, and they said okay. My order was finally ready at 5:00 PM, and the sandwiches were cold. Plus the employees were rude when i asked questions.

The Boss sandwhich was good, but service was slow despite the place being empty. When we walked in the 2 employees were working on some orders, but I left and a drive thru order left before the curbside pick up was completed even when that was placed before both of us. They only had wheat bread available. This was a Thursday afternoon around 6:30pm.

We went for a curbside order … Around 1:25…. We waited for nearly 20 mins we called and called and no answer My husband then had to get off….. 2 ladies came out from the back .. not keeping an eye on the store or customers…. No management very unprofessional…. I ask for my refund… I didn’t want cold sandwiches… They didn’t even ask to redo the sandwiches or nothing….. The girl claim here phone wasn’t working… So then was the point on a curb side phone number if the phone ain’t working????

Steven the employee that works there is very unprofessional. I ordered online . I had ordered double meat, double cheese, and the meal. My daughter went to go pick up the order. Well they did not give the the soda and chips that come with the meal. They did not include double meat and double cheese that I paid for. The employee told me to take the sandwich back . I told him we had already started eating to just refund the soda, chips and the extras that were not put in . He said he talked to the owner and his general manager and couldn’t do a refund.
