Management dropped the ball on this one. Staff is under trained and unable to complete basic orders. I waited 30 minutes just to order. I had to walk her through it and read the menu off to her. I ordered the $6.99 meal of the day. At the register I was almost charged $14. She said “thats the price of a chicken sub”. Again, I ordered the 6″ meal of the day, a B.M.T. After that my coworker ordered a protein pocket. Then tried to charge them $13. Proceed with caution and check the price. Management and staff needs to be re-evaluated and re-trained by higher ups.

The old lady who is always there is very unprofessional very rude she yelled at my pregnant sister for accidentally taking the cart inside not knowing she wasn’t supposed to then was rude throughout the rest of the order . Also went on another occasion and she had another employee ask her a question and she was very disrespectful to him . She needs to be fired !

Service is terrible! Second time this happens to us. First time we let it slide. This time it is just too much! There’s a Little Hispanic girl that claims she doesn’t know Spanish and makes fun of another Hispanic girl that works there because she doesn’t know English. This girl is extremely rude, constantly side eyes and rolls her eyes when you tell her what you want. As she’s preparing my food she throws the veggies on the sub sloppy and floods it with the condiments. I told her I wanted to speak with her manager to give me her name. And she rudely answered you don’t need to know my name just call and say it was the girl working. There is a sign in there that states all employees must wear a name tag and she doesn’t wear one so I couldn’t get her name.

It was so depressing just being in there, the guy Sergro making the sandwich’s does not like his job. He yelled at a lady who works at Walmart told her to get out because she wasn’t allowed to sit and eat. He barely put meat on the sandwich’s. His attitude and demeanor was draining just being around him for those few minutes. Will never step a foot back in that place.

The costumer service was good but the food was terrible so an older lady took my order and other than a slight problem with her not being able to hear me it was ok after i got my order went Back to my house. I was about to eat my sandwich and then i saw a big patch of mold on the sandwich. So I drove back to Subway and they were very nice about it. And they gave me other sandwich. and There was some more mold! It wasn’t a lot like the other but there was still mold there was also a lot of flies One out of 10 never come to the subway at wallmart be better subway 🙁
