This is a great place. The staff is very friendly. They changed their gloves between each order even without us asking them to. They are very generous with the toppings. Loved their roasted garlic sauce. The place is recently renovated and looks clean. They had run out of bread options when we went but hopefully when we visit again, they will have the different varieties of bread.

Little Hispanic boy with stars shaved into his head didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. He seemed upset someone came in a whole hour before the store closed. Wanted a meatball sub and he already cleaned up the meatballs for the night. Pure laziness.

This is BY FAR the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. It doesn’t look like it would be as clean and new from the outside, but that’s deceiving. Ashley was professional, cute and sweet taking our orders. She was the standard by how all other subway staff members should deliver service and sandwiches. I was very pleasantly surprised and my daughter and I will be back.

Ordered on app went to store 35 after ordering (when app saud it was ready). But worker claimed he didn’t get the order until just then and suggested that I must have put the order in while sitting in the parking lot. After I walked out, he locked the door and turned off the light even though others were getting out of their car to come in the store.

My daughter and I were in line buying sandwiches, and she said she was paying for herself, and for her brothers and her father and I a sandwich. I told her thank you, then told the lady on staff that my sons would split a footlong 3 ways, and my husband and I were going to split a wrap. My daughter finished up her sandwich, and paid for the whole thing, and I told the lady the wrap was going to have an added guacamole, and the spicy Italian was going to have an added bacon, so be sure to charge extra. She said she couldn’t because it was already paid for. My daughter said she could buy a cookie, and told her just to add bacon to the tab. The lady said there was no button for that, and didn’t add the bacon. There was bacon, infront of her, we tried to pay her to put it on the sandwich, but she refused, because she didn’t know how to ring it up. We were willing to purchase more items, just to get her to put bacon on my son’s sandwich, but was turned down. Next time I buy from Subway, I’ll go to the other Subway across the street, and see if they will put bacon on my sons sandwich.

The store was clean and service was prompt and friendly. I think we were there at an off-hour so there weren’t other people in the store. They didn’t have the Italian herbs and cheese bread that I wanted, but otherwise we got exactly what we ordered and it was very tasty.
I’ve seen several reviewers state that their order was not prepared as requested. The best way to avoid this is to park your car and go into the store. You can watch your food being prepared and it’s an interactive process. You get to choose what you want on your sandwich at every step and you can say, only a little bit of this, or a lot of that.

The young Man that helped Us, needs a raise!! He has the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing!! Not only was He super sweet, but He was very helpful. He made a large order for Us, and did it with a smile. I think His name was Jacob B. He was just the greatest!!!

I walked into this Subway across from the I-20 Walmart on a Sunday morning at 11:00. The woman (I believe may be an owner/manager) making the sandwiches clearly didn’t feel well. Runny eyes, sniffling, etc. She rang the order in front of me, sneezed into her bare hand, reached into the box of new gloves and grabbed a clean pair.
“May I help you?”

Completely disgusting. Not wanting to catch whatever she was trying to give me, I walked out.
