First and foremost this was absolutely surprising we walked in the dining area was prestine we walked in 9 deep and instead of receiving the pushed service or common oh my goodness they were helpful and respectful entirely! The sandwich maker was Juan and the lead was Alena.. they seemed to be short staffed but held it together and absolutely attended everyone with great service and smiles they had a line behind us but absolutely gave friendly service! If I could do more than 5 stars i would it was all fantastic the sandwiches well put together not thrown together! Restrooms were clean! Perfection

I think my favorite part was the staff was so nice that they listened to my quirky jokes. They were very friendly, very helpful, and the young lady went and got me a veggie patty for my 6-inch sub. Me and my twin brother have been working with food for more than 30+ years and we enjoyed it very much! It was so delicious and we wanted to go back so bad but we had to travel and keep going.

I placed an online order, and went when notified to pick it up at the drive through. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes, a guy came, halfway opened the window, and without asking me anything, told me the drive thru was closed & I would Have to come in. After yelling back towards someone in the store, he handed me my order and i left.
If I had pulled up to Place an order, after that interaction, I Would Not have gone in, I would have gone somewhre Else to eat.
I will think twice about ordering from subway again…..

On Saturday 01/20/24 my husband went to get lunch with his friends at midday , there was a male & female working, the young skinny female with long black hair (Hispanic looking) was super rude and racist to my husband and the rest of the guys, I don’t know why she had to be racist if she looked very much Hispanic herself, she yelled at one of the guys that the ice machine “ clearly doesn’t have any ice” when he was trying to get some for his drink.. the male worker who was actually very nice to them even corrected her and let her know he had just refilled it, she treated them very rudely and acted as she was grossed out with them, since they were in work attire, Subway you can do much better and hire people who aren’t so miserable!!! The worst customer service my husband has ever experienced. Managers at this store need to rehire asap

Let me just start off with …HAIRRRRRR. I found the longest piece of hair in my meatball sub . I tried so hard not to throw up my food because I had already eaten the other half of the footlong. Don’t get me wrong, I love getting subway. But this location has gotten my order wrong a good amount of times. This most recent times we did an app order and got two footlongs and they messed up and made one of them a six inch. I was going to call about it but they were already closing in 10 minutes and I was already back home, so I brushed it off. But as we were eating I found the hair in my food as I was chewing it . The employees were wearing no hair nets but even when I worked there as a teen, we didn’t either. But oh my it was disgusting having someone else’s hair in my mouth, yuck I’m. Hopefully they see this review and look into hair nets!

My wife and I came into this location around 8:49pm on a week day (11 minutes before closing), but Josh, Robin, and Antonio were so, so, sooo friendly and happy to take our order. Not only did they have fantastic attitudes at the end of their shifts, they also took the time to make sure our sandwiches were made exactly how we wanted them, down to every last detail.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants, but of all the Subways I’ve visited, these three employees are the gold standard for customer service and fantastic sandwiches! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Went with some coworkers of mine 1/20/24 and we had the horrible luck of getting served by this hispanic looking young lady, she was extremely rude racist and awful to us. I dare not repeat the trash talk that came out of her mouth. You would think that because she is clearly hispanic she would at the very least keep her feelings to herself!! I cannot Believe people like her exist in this world, and why oh why they work in customer service jobs. Like get a different job if you don’t like working with customers !!! Subway please do better! The young man working with her seemed very ashamed of her and was very nice himself, so glad for people like him.

The reason for 2 stars is because they were only accepting cash. So on top of my $25 order I had to pay $6 in ATM fees because I didn’t have any cash on me.
