Unfortunately this is not the subway it used to be. The staff is slow, they are never prepared for a lunch rush. It takes at least 20mins to get your food. If you do a mobile order it takes even longer about 45mins. Ive gone 3 different times over the last few months and my experience gets worse every time

Been here quite a few times, but today was the worst experience. Waited 25mins to order 3 sandwiches, with no one else there. Only had one type of cheese & bread available to order. Girl making the sandwiches got on the phone for 5 minutes to talk to her boss about the days she needed off in the middle of taking our order, while a guy making bread was grabbing cheese with his bare hands. Then they couldn’t decide who was going to ring us up, or how to ring us up. Let’s just say we won’t be back for quite a bit, if again.

Old crusty manager is very rude. Walked in to buy 4 footlongs . Walked out pissed. All I did was show her a coupon I received in the mail and she immediately started getting loud with me and acting irrationally throwing her gloves on the ground.
