Honestly, this Subway is well worth the extra mile if it’s a little far for you. AND its 4 star rating is definitely well-earned! I wish I could remember the 2 lovely ladies names who helped us, but their service was impeccable.

Very helpful & friendly; we went to redeem some coupons & one of the ladies helped my mom understand the menu & how the coupon applied. Portions were generous & they honored our requests for extra toasty! And all was served with such a great mood & smiles all round. Their attitude definitely contributed to the warm, friendly chatter we had with other customers. Compared to another Subway in town, this one was like heaven on a fresh loaf of herbs n cheese bread lol. Another trip here certainly looks like it’s in the cards!

I always eat at Subway but now I’m not eating at this Subway on 5015 University Ave suite A-2 lubbock tx 79413 It was nasty and the people that was working that night did not have the hair covered or nothing and their bacon was in their cheese and I don’t know if it was raw or cooked it didn’t look cooked so it looked nasty and it was just messy and when the customer says light on the manys they put a ton of Many’s on it

after experiencing the Worst Subway, Ever,
i located this Little Jewel, a few miles away..
this Shop is definitely a ‘Hidden Gem;
friendly/professional employees,
very well maintained & clean,
fresh vegetables & bread,
and excellent sandwiches..
*you’re actually treated like a person here,
and not like just another Schmuck waiting
for a sandwich to be made…

This is nothing that I ordered and looks absolutely disgusting then when I tried to call and report what I received the guy named Aj was being very unprofessional. He said I’m the head honcho around here how can I fix it then when I explained he said oh my boss isn’t here right now, hhhmm your head honcho but yet when a complain comes around your boss isn’t here!! He stated he didn’t know how to give refunds etc and I believe if your head honcho u should know your job. He then states that he’s just a regular employee and thought he was getting pranked!!

I didn’t manage to catch either of the peoples names but they were extremely rude I had asked them to please load me up and I’d leave a tip and they looked at me like I was stupid and put the absolute bare minimum on my sandwich and whenever confronted about it he was extremely rude and acted offended I’m not the type to be inconsiderate but I do want my needs to be fulfilled too I’m not a cheap customer just found the whole situation utterly rude of both employees on shift Date: November 28th 2022 @6:53

I placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes after the pick up time. I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes then asked the worker if they had it ready. They said it would be just a minute and it took 20 more minutes for them to have it done. So in total I got my food an hour after the estimated pick up time. I wasn’t doing anything at the time but had it have been my lunch break I would have not been able to pick up my food before having to be back at work.

I live across town by another subway location but choose to drive to this location. They always, most importantly, have cash change and are fully stocked, unlike some of the other locations. All of the employees have great attitudes and give outstanding service!!!!
