Not only does the area smell like cat pee the employees need to either find a job they like or better yet I take that back I’m sure they don’t get paid anything! So how u work is why u don’t get paid good if u ever wonder why I don’t get paid a lot! Good job at being horrible at making a sandwich and customer service! U couldn’t work anywhere else if u can’t do ur subway job right! Door dash order I was getting for 2 drop offs I arrived there and he tells me they r out of turkey for both orders. Then checks out the customer he was working on saw me get on the phone to ask substitutions and says I’m going on break for 30 mins….even had a sign for it. Yea go on ur break because obviously u need it! Can’t hold a job like that then I’m sure u couldn’t work anywhere else!

Their portions for their rotisserie chicken are so tiny and I Stood there for a good 10 to 15 minutes before I was actually Attended to and the sandwich was ridiculously expensive. Because I asked for extra meat because the first was so tiny. And the guy had an attitude when I told him, I only wanted a little bit more He doesn’t seem to want to be there.

Where do I start? The lack of pride and respect in this establishment is severe. The lady working the mornings with piercings in her cheeks was very rude and acted like she was irritated that I was there. They only had white and wheat bread, the toaster was not on so I had to wait 20 minutes for the toaster to warm up so I could have my sandwich toasted. After standing there for 30 mins my sandwich was done toasting the lady then began to just throw stuff on my sandwich, didn’t even bother to put any effort into trying to fold it. Some of the lettuce is brown and some of the green peppers were orange . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I never call out names, out of respect, but I come once a week. I stop my work day regardless of time left to get a sandwich here. I’m not going to lie. Those brown eyes that long hair, and that killer smile got me hooked. Personality, just everything. Be the only reason why i would move here. Couldn’t make it in last week, but I never pass this place once I’m in lubbock just for her. Not going to lie, she’s masks a killer sandwich. But that’s just the bonus. Ughh…..

Not one to normally leave bad reviews but this place was terrible. I would have given it a zero but that wasn’t an option. The door was locked so we had to use the Pilot gas station door. We weren’t greeted when we walked in all the employee said was what kind of bread and how many. The bread was way over cooked and super dry as you can see in the picture. The meat toppings were so skimpy you could barely see them. When we asked for a little more we were told they would double charge for meat. We eat at a lot of subways so we know how much meat you get. I asked about the cheese and he said he had no idea what kind they were. We didn’t see an option for ham and he said they didn’t have any, and then went to the fridge and brought one out. The drink machine was down, I ordered a protein bowl and when I asked for a fork because they were out in the container he told me to go to the gas station and get one. I asked an employee over there and the one was equally rude and told us she just works there?? As my 9 yr old was eating his ham, pickle and ranch sub he said his mouth was burning. His sub was filled with jalapeños and pickles. We watched him make them and he only went in the pickle tub. So needless to say that sub was wasted. All in all a terrible experience from start to not finishing our food.

Subway really needs to put up signage when changing prices. They charged an extra 2.50 to make it a salad and this is the saddest 10 dollar salad I have ever seen. They couldn’t even be bothered to cut the meat up. When I complained no one cared. Will never go here again and I recommend you do the same. The salads in the flying j have twice the food for half the price.

Every time we go here there is never anyone working !! And there is always no one in the lobby either. How you gonna have no customers and not help the ones that come in?? Every time we go there, we see that the employees are there but they never come to help. I say fire everyone there and start again

My boyfriend went into with me on the phone, cause I was working so I had told me to just put me on speaker phone so I could tell them my order. And the girl proceeded to act like she couldn’t hear him and he repeated himself 3 times and then told him well you can just give it to me. He then started to tell her my order and then told her that he also wanted another sandwich and what bread and left the 1st sandwich there and went to help the man that had just walked up and make his sandwich. Another employee came out from the back and started to help my boyfriend and finish my sandwich and then ask him if there was anything else he then had to tell her what he wanted after telling the 1st employee what he wanted. So needless to say the 1st employee only provides great customer service to the customers she picks and chooses. We have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue. This was by far very disrespectful and tasteless.

I stopped by a gas station for a quick bite. Five minutes later a girl showed up and said to wait a minute. After three minutes of waiting, I left. Why are you in this business? Do your own thing and leave the business to those people who really need it.
