It’s not welcoming , staff is rude and certainly has attitude. Told us it was gonna be a 30 -45 min wait bc their systems were down and I was the only one in line and I got pull to the side while a different customer was ordering 15 mins after . Staff gets mad over a mistake she made and lack on communication to redo my sandwich bc she messed up on the meat and didn’t bother in apologizing and redoing it . Who is hiring these ppl , these ppl don’t know what they are doing .

It was 2am. My order was said to be ready at 2:10am….even allowing them almost 20mins past that my food wasn’t even being MADE until 3:15am. I kept getting pushed aside for the THREE other people that came in and although I’d already paid apparently Doordash and customers who hadn’t yet paid took priority? Clearly the two behind the counter DONT have a college education otherwise they would see that math doesn’t add up.

i quite literally will never be back to this subway AGAIN. first time there and my order was completely wrong, the only thing right was the bread & meat. wrong veggies, wrong sauce, wrong cookies. MIND YOU, there was literally 2 pieces of meat on the sandwich. went back to complain and was made a new sandwich. WATCHED them make it & somehow someway, it still got switched and i got home and still had the wrong sandwich.

TERRIBLE customer service, they were out of bacon so they had to toast some store bought bacon and it looked incredibly raw when they put it on my sandwich. ALSO the girl making my sandwich didn’t switch her gloves after handling the raw bacon after putting it in the toaster. they were slow as hell and took their sweet time making our sandwiches.

Nice employee. Good service. Try to be lucky and not come when they’re making call-in or online sandwiches. You’ll be waiting a while. (I did come when there was only one worker there so had to wait. About 5 min.)
