Normally am very pleased with this subway. Today….not at all. Ordered a 6 inch turkey bacon cali because the picture looked delish. First they were out of avocado which I was ok with but then there was so little turkey on my sandwich I had to add bologna (because that’s what I had on hand) to my sandwich when I got home to get flavor my hubby got the steak & cheese with the same issues….very very small portions of steak on bread you pay fair prices for sandwiches, you expect them to come with meat. Very very disappointed today

On more than one occasion I have had to wait an hour after my mobile order was said to be ready in the app before my food was actually ready because the management of this location refuses to have more than one person working during dinner rush hours. I’ve also never seen the same person working here more than once which leads me to believe there is an issue with poor management. That being said, the new girl who was swamped with orders and by herself did a great job preforming under pressure and I hope she finds gainful employment somewhere her skills and tenacity will actually be appreciated when she Inevitably gets fed up with working at this Subway.

I have gone to this location many times because it’s close to my work. They had some good managers a year or so ago but they left for another store on western. Then location was closed several times and you never knew if they would be open. They opened back up two younger ladies working and an older lady there taking care of several young children and threatening them if they got up. Not sure if she was working but she did go in the back several times. The other two were talking among themselves while making sandwiches, customer service wasnt really their jam.
Approx one week ago I went again, one young man was working during lunch hour by himself, but had no tomatoes this day but he was very nice. I went again today for lunch. Again one lady working, looked like she just pulled all nighter and had a teenager with her. Took 20 min to serve 5 people in front if me. They asked if they could get a pretzel and she told them it was her first day and didnt know how to make them. Then a guy came in and said he had an online order. She told him she was all by herself and couldn’t make his order. He asked for a refund and he left. When it was my turn to order I was told they only had white bread. Whats up, this location is horrible!! I appreciate her working alone on her first day but there should never be just one person at lunch time!!! Come on where is management?? I realize people don’t show up for work but managers should step up and help. It’s no wonder they can’t keep help and I won’t be a customer again as I’m sure others won’t be either.

My husband and I went and got sandwiches for lunch and when we first walked in the environment was less than inviting. The workers did no look enthused to be there. Then when ordering our food the workers did not know the menu at all. I had to direct them on how it was made. Then the veggies they put like 4 olives and maybe 4 pickles when I asked if I could have a little more than tht she looked at me and said we are only allowed to put a certain amount on the sandwich. I didn’t even respond. When she added the dressing she’s put in on so fast and sloppy I had to tell her twice it was enough. Then my husband his sandwich had so much toppings on his and it was all clumped in the center of the sandwich. Like by far the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend this subway on any level.

I asked if the bread was soft. Slow service! They gave me hard as a rock bread! Could not even eat it. I will never eat Subway again. Thanks for ruining our lunch by serving nasty food.

This specific subway has friendly staff. We enjoyed our experience just standing in line and talking to the sandwich artists. They are very attentive and quick when taking and making orders. The food is just the run of the mill subway food. Nothing special which is Why this place only gets 3 stars. There are much better options available, some of which are just down the street.

After a tough day we decided to get dinner out. Couldn’t have been better. We had awesome service tonight. Very polite and helpful. Sandwiches were made exactly as we asked and everything was fresh. Definitely will take the time to drive back to this Subway location next time.

This is one of the best subways in town. I live outside of Amarillo but come in often to do things and this is always my go to spot for good food. The service is fantastic and they make an effort to get to know what you like so that when you come in next time you feel like a part of the subway family! Way to go subway!

Last night my husband and I went in to this location because the one by our house (34th and Ross) told us they were out of meat balls and pretty much said we can pick something else. Well we left and walked into this store and the Assistant manager greeted us and asked us how we were doing, we of coarse answered her and asked her the same thing. She asked what we would like and my first question was if they had meatballs she said no but that she could heat some up for us and that it wouldn’t take over 30 seconds for her to do it! She went above and beyond with great service! I want to say her name is Ashley but I could be wrong! We did ask for the ultimate cheesy garlic bread and she melted the garlic butter before putting it on our sandwiches! When we asked for it at other stores they just put it on the bread fresh out of the tub so it’s hard and clumpy. She did an amazing job and needs to be recognized for it! My husband and I will be returning to this store more often!
